I placed on order back in September and as soon as my receipt was generated I noticed the address was incorrect as I no longer lived there. I immediately (within minutes) contacted them several times to get help regarding this. They refused to correct the address saying that their system could not make updates. They drug out the review process only to confirm what I feared. They took 270 dollars of my hard earned money and I have NOTHING to show for it. They wouldn’t even ship me a pair of shoes of lesser value. If this was amazon, eBay or any other online retailer this would not have happened. Go to Stock X ( a company with much better service and prices) and don’t reward dishonest business practices.

I get like 15% off different pairs all the time and there’s a lot of stuff on here that’s hard to get. Also it comes to my door in 2 days or less sometimes which is great!
Shoe plug
My shoe plug when I need a pair I have to have. On exclusive releases you pay a little more but you always know you are getting an authentic pair. The app is vey easy to use and shipping is always top notch. I recommend shopping with these guys if you are looking for a pair of limited releases or just a general release.

Return policy
Only have 3 days to return something is ridiculous, especially when they don’t have return labels. When I asked for one I waited a full month to be told, “sorry can’t help you”. Recommend going to goat or stockx

Overpriced, doesn’t give you any estimated shipped days. Weird app set up, does specify if some shoes are men’s or women’s. Once an order is placed it can be cancelled or exchanged. I would never recommend this store to anyone I actually like.

Awful customer service policies
Some how the house number of the billing address was placed on the shipping label . I called UPS and they said the company had to change it even though was the same street just a block away. Stadium goods was of no help and this was a christmas gift for my nephew in another state BEWARE I WILL DISPUTE MY CC CHARGE

I would not recommend Stadium Goods
I made a Cyber MOnday purchase for my wife for Christmas. 3 days later I get an email that the item is not in stock despite showing that it is and that my 15% discount for Cyber Monday will not be honored.
I asked for at 15% discount on another item and they basically told me too bad. Did research and they had my item in stock. THEY LIED about the item being in stock and decided that they would rather not honor my purchase and try to sell the item for someone else for 15% more. I hope it was worth it bc everyone needs to know my story.
