I have Iphone16 pro, eSIM works in Vietnam and China but not working in India.
Doesn’t work on iPhones
Second edit: I’ve been trying to contact them for days to fix an issue and they haven’t answered. Their WhatsApp is just a bot that tells you a human will contact you and no one ever does.
Edit: update - I’m an idiot. The app and eSIM work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.
New phone and had to switch the plan to my iPhone 17 and got an error message. I was told the plan doesn’t work on this phone. It’s 2026 and your eSIM won’t work on an iPhone? Wild!

Thank you for your feedback Noah, We are sorry it didn't work out. There are specific devices which will not work for various reasons. For example devices that were manufactured in China or locked devices. In these cases any other cases as well, we are available 24/7.

Nothing but trouble.
Credit regularly not applied to eSIM, support non existent, nothing but trouble.

If only Webbing/Voye would be a bit more open about their infra and improve routing for certain countries and list offered networks.
And document how many PoPs they have around the world and how that benefits international people like me that care about latency/performance.

Works great
I love that you don’t have to choose a package, over 160 countries so it covers pretty much everywhere we fly to. I’ve used it in a few south destinations and many parts of Europe and the UK without any issues. Easy to check how much data is left and easy to reload.
Trash - worst customer service, DO NOT USE
Horrible customer service team, the app showed working after installation and all steps followed. Turns out it was not working. Was charged a ton of money through my provider as a result and customer service offered me nothing. They couldn’t even offer me a refund for the purchase. WASTE OF MONEY
Excellent Product
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why this app is not all the rage amongst international travelers. It has the best prices and the best duration (each individually) and, when put together, nothing on the eSIM data market even comes close. Well done!

Not impressed
Be aware, unlike most other eSIMs this plan cannot be extended if you don’t use all the data in the 365 day period

Pretty simple to use. Prices are only in USD and cannot be changed within the app in the current version.

Can’t sign up with Google or a UK number
When trying to signup with a Google account, Google reports Voye is not yet certified with Google and therefore cannot be used for signup.
If trying by email/password method. UK telephone numbers cannot be captured as the max field length for the number is 9 digits, whereas UK numbers are 10 digits without the leading 0 (or 11 with)
Needs fixes just to be able to sign up.
