Good luck getting Delta loads
Delta staff travel load information is almost impossible to get. Seems like they benefit from everyone else providing loads but they don’t add any value to the staff travel community.

Lost credits
Looked into flights and noticed my extra credits were gone and I had 5 that were given as a new account even though it showed I joined in 2019. I went back and forth with the help desk and got no resolution. Experience left me likely to not use again.

Game changer for non-rev
This is the greatest app for non-rev travel. It really allows you to dial in airlines, timetables, open seats, etc. we used it to travel to Australia and all over Australia. I love it and my go to for travel planning .
Non-Rev travel made easy!
What an amazing app! Before staff traveler you had to depend on whether the flight had a smiley face, no smile or sad face and most of the time they were wrong. Staff traveler has made travel on other airlines so much easier.

This is easily one of the best designed apps on my phone. Easy to use, it unlocks a community of information and makes using our benefits so much easier. Not only useful for requesting loads but great for finding routes, connections and possibilities. You don’t have to pay for credits either! Just be a team player and this app is free. This is THE most useful airline employee travel app in my phone. I love it!

Great tool for non-rev travel. Keep in mind If you plan on traveling on Delta, in my experience, requests have been answered only a few hours prior to departure.
Most Recent Update is Broken
The most recent update of this app is broken. When I submit negative numbers as the availability, it defaults to showing the negative sign whenever I enter number of non-revs which makes no sense. Also, I can no longer delete requests and keep the app open - every deleted request results in the “this is taking longer than usual” error message and the app can’t be used. I have to force close and reopen the app. Fix this and I’ll give a 5*!!
