About
Run the door of your show from your phone. Stage Stubs is the free check-in app for organizers who sell tickets with Stage Stubs: dance schools, recitals, school plays and community productions.
SCAN TICKETS IN A SECOND
Point your camera at a ticket's QR code. Green means let them in. Red tells you why not: already scanned, a different showing, or a ticket that's no longer valid. Tickets scan from emails, PDFs and digital wallets.
KEEP SCANNING WITHOUT SIGNAL
No Wi-Fi in the hall? Each showing's ticket list downloads to your phone ahead of time, so scanning carries on offline. Scans upload by themselves when there's signal again, even with the app closed.
BRING HELPERS
Create a sign-in code for each volunteer. They scan it on their own phone and start checking people in. No accounts, no passwords, and they can't see your sales.
FIND ANY ORDER
A parent forgot their tickets? Search by name, email or order number, see exactly what they bought, and check in one ticket or the whole order with a tap.
SELL SPARE SEATS AT THE DOOR
Taken payment in person? Claim an unsold ticket in the app and check your guest straight in. You keep the full amount, booking fee included. No payment goes through the app.
UNDO A MISTAKE
Checked in the wrong ticket? Undo it and its QR code scans again.
SEE WHO'S ARRIVED
Attendance, tickets sold and revenue for every showing. Every scan is kept in the history.
BUILT FOR THE DOOR
Clear results keep the line moving. Works on iPhone and iPad.
You need a Stage Stubs organizer account to sign in. Selling tickets with Stage Stubs is free for organizers; buyers pay a small booking fee. Create your event at stagestubs.com.
The app is in English. Questions? Email hello@stagestubs.com.

If you don’t have any events yet, the Events screen now explains why and links straight to stagestubs.com to create one. Scanners are told what to ask the organizer instead of seeing a blank page.
