If you’re experiencing unresponsive buttons, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you—please reach out to support@trainual.com so we can troubleshoot! Regarding portrait mode, we added this to the iPad app last year, but if you’re looking for it on iPhone, let us know! If you need to create an account, you can do that on the web first at Trainual.com.
