Features not working
Unable to login from one studio to another we have an account rep Wendy but she has not been able to help us in The past 2 months. This problem is very frustrating. I wish you guys could figure it out. I’ve also called in and no resolution.

Please change edit appointment function to allow to change date AND time before having to hit done. As it stands, I end up having to cancel and rebook because it books in earliest open time slot regardless of whether the appointment fits in the time slot or not and disregarding later times that would accommodate the whole appointment.

This app gives me so many issues.
Business owners BEWARE
They will scam you into a year long contract without your knowledge then refuse to cancel you. Their customer service is terrible and you won’t be helped. use another platform.
Terrible Training Provided
I’ve been using this platform for 2 months and all I’ve been trained on is how to schedule appointments. I’m literally spending $300 a month for a calendar. Even the 2 training sessions I’ve received for terrible. I do not recommend this platform.
