Endless Bugs
I have used mindbody since at least 2020. It is easy to find studios but it’s become harder to book them.
It seems every other day there is a glitch that forces people to create new accounts despite having accounts or not allowing them to signup ahead of time, view reviews, or class details. What is the point of an app meant to help you reserve a spot ahead of time when it is consistently having bugs that disallow that option. It makes it a very pointless app. The studios I attend can sign me up for the classes I want ahead of time in person and since this app is consistently glitching I will move to that method.
I also work at a studio using the Mindbody Business platform and we are making plans to leave this company as it constantly creates malfunctions for our clients and an overall dissatisfactory experience for everyone involved with little care, feedback, or action to fix from the Mindbody team.

Make sure you read
If I can give this app a zero I would. The on boarding process it’s not the best. If you decide to cancel, they won’t let you cancel until you talk to somebody and then after you talk to somebody, they refuse to cancel your account unless you pay them $214 probably more depending how far you are in your agreement with them . I literally tried three months to cancel with these people and I have to make time to whenever they wanna talk to me and now they refusing to cancel

Subscription Trap
This app is very easy to use: however, it relies on unethical subscription trap practices. When you buy a pass, there is some fine print noting that packages will autorenew, but you are not given any option to decline or turn off autorenew. Our (wonderful) Pilates studio uses this platform and tells us we have to email them so they can manually go in and turn off autorenew on our accounts! Not having a way to decline or disable autorenew in the app is unacceptable and unethical. I shouldn’t automatically be charged hundreds of dollars to autorenew passes without confirmation!
