Good App, However, playing with rates isn’t appreciated
The app is really good, however I notice you double class rates at will and I’m aware the extra fees don’t get remitted to club owners. I shall be weaning myself off your app

The free trial is fake
I was really excited to try this app and see all of the different options they offer. I signed up for the free trial online with 33 credits, but when I signed in I had ZERO credits. The app stated I had to upgrade my membership for credits….hell no. So I made a new account and I was given credit which then also got taken away because they think I had already used them. When I tried to explain to the absolute toaster working the chat, it was no help and genuinely made me want to throw my phone off a building. So thank you class pass for my very enjoyable experience🤍

Sleazy account rules, steals your money
Was a member for years. Multiple times removed all my saved up credits. Who does that? That’s money I put into the app. Just because I didn’t use it when you wanted me to you threw away my money? Fundamentally gross business model.
