Scam web
They advertise free TRIAL. When u open/ create accounts etc, then u cant join any classes. Request to pay . I paid and tried to redeem classes. Same issue, request upgrade more credits to purchase 30$ . Upgraded and still can't redeem. Requested refund and declines. So all money lost.

Misleading Pricing
I had a 14 day free trial and halfway through (approx 5-6 days in) it changed all the availability to make businesses only available if I upgraded so I was unable to use 14 of my 36 credits. Seems very misleading and a way of forcing people into feeling as though they have to pay. Not a fan of the lack of transparency at all.

Terrible customer service and hidden rules
Be very careful with the “trial” — there’s an important restriction they don’t make clear.
I signed up for a trial through a friend’s referral link and booked a class. I needed to reschedule and tried to do so within the permitted cancellation window. However, the app gave me no option to reschedule and instead told me I needed to sign up for the paid membership.
I eventually had to Google the issue to find out why. Apparently, during the trial, you only get one appointment at a given location, and if you cancel that appointment—even within the allowed cancellation period—you lose the ability to book another one during the trial.
That is a pretty significant restriction for a “trial,” and I don’t remember seeing it clearly disclosed when I signed up or booked the class. If the purpose of the trial is to let people experience the service, preventing someone from rescheduling a class they canceled within the allowed timeframe is incredibly frustrating.
I contacted customer service hoping they could simply restore the trial booking. The chatbot was essentially useless, and when I finally reached a person, I was told they couldn’t help me.
I would strongly recommend making this policy much more transparent. Customers shouldn’t have to Google the rules after the fact to discover that a permitted cancellation effectively uses up their entire trial.
I’m leaving this review so other people know before they sign up: read the fine print, because “trial” apparently doesn’t mean you can freely reschedule your first class.

Worst, terrible referral tracking
Do not waste your time referring friends to ClassPass. Even if your friends sign up via your unique referral links and pay for active memberships for months, their system simply "loses" the tracking.
I provided clear evidence. unique referral links, shared class booking history, and friend list screenshots proving we attended classes together for months. Why should users bear the burden of ClassPass's systemic technical glitches?
It’s an ongoing system defect that ClassPass refuses to take responsibility for. Save your money and time.
