This is the best school of yoga I’ve been to. Wonderful warm and friendly community and excellent teaching. Love it!
Useful app but would love a design that helps with scheduling
A scheduled widget would be really helpful for people who don’t want to sync with calendars. The homepage is also very hectic, a lot of imagery of a lot of different sections, makes it hard to focus on any. A page tailored to personal preference - schedule, passes & favourites all on one page without having to click on multiple different areas would be super useful.

Hard to cancel membership
Tired to cancel a trial membership but was so difficult to do so other than that good offerings in the area
Irresponsible app
This service does not take any responsibility or support when their listed vendor is in fact a fraud. You won't be able to get any help or reimbursement even when the vendor is no longer in operation. Even when vendor stops business, this app does not do any proper check on vendor's business status and mislead users. Closed businesses are still shown active, and Mindbody still has transaction opened for them. Even if you are paying through the app with registered card in the wallet, Mindbody cannot do any cancellations even when you haven't received any service from closed vendor. It's a terrible service with no protection for its users. When you use it, be aware of these risks.

It is a highly motivating place with a pleasant, respectful. Luis is very friendly and attentive, and explains very well how to do the exercises without getting injured.
Non-intuitive, messy app
Really detest MindBody app. Impossible to delete studios I no longer use; zero customer service, they just refer you back to the studios
Allows insolvent businesses to collect money
If you’re using this App to make payments - check if the listed business even exists. I booked my pilates studio through Mindbody for 3 years. The moment I had my first problem (studio ceasing existence, my money for 10 classes being stuck), the app backs up and says everything to be solved directly with the studio. Ok, but Mindbody don’t even want to take down the ability of the studio to take payments - so people keep bringing money to a business that puts in writing they “ceased existing”. Absolutely irresponsible way of doing business from Mindbody.

I originally joined the movement because I was dealing with an IT band injury and wanted to strengthen my leg and core muscles, the instructors have designed their classes to fit any experience level and have opened a new world of fitness for me, would highly recommend to everyone, especially the guys.

Can’t even sign into the app
It is a major headache that this is the service my yoga studio uses because it takes me 20 minutes to even manage to sign up for classes I have an unlimited membership to because I so frequently get stuck in stupid sign in loops with mind body. I had hoped that the app might be better about that than the browser, except I can’t even sign into the app because *shocker* it gets me stuck in a sign in loop!! I love my studio but I swear to god this app/mind body as a whole is going to put me over the edge one day. I HATE IT. Useless PITA service.

Very buggy
Logged in to check my class booking and it was there, navigate around the app, go back to the homepage and it’s then not showing. It keeps showing in my past activity 0 classes then 16 then back to 0 again - takes for ever to load pages, some never load! Very glitchy
Horrible waiting times not populating anything in my city Evansville in. Can’t load anything.
Can’t find a single class can’t find any businesses in the area. Can’t find any information whatsoever tells me that I can’t enter any information into the location and not searching for businesses is unavailable.

They show an offer and then when I go to book it’s jumped a dollar or two.

Class pass expiration date
The app used to display the class pass expiration date before checkout, but that feature is no longer available. This change is inconvenient because we can’t easily determine whether we’ll have enough time to complete our committed number of classes (for example, whether 20 classes must be completed within 3 months or 6 months). Please consider restoring the expiration date visibility before checkout so users can make informed decisions before committing.

Why does it need full access to my calendar?
We used to be able to let this app « add events only » and it worked fine. A while back the app asked for full access to the calendar to be able to continue doing this. This is unacceptable and is probably only to collect private information that they have no business collecting. Very disappointing and completely inappropriate.

Horrible app to set up payment
I’ve never had a good experience with this app! Terrible in navigation experience in finding and booking classes. Unable to proceed with payments. stripe integration was a nightmare. I got asked for payment verification 3x at least! Why can’t it be seamless and be done in one go???!!! Terrible
