Clearly fake reviews, this is the worst app to experience as an employee and I have never met a single REAL person with a good experience.
Features not working
Unable to login from one studio to another we have an account rep Wendy but she has not been able to help us in The past 2 months. This problem is very frustrating. I wish you guys could figure it out. I’ve also called in and no resolution.

Please change edit appointment function to allow to change date AND time before having to hit done. As it stands, I end up having to cancel and rebook because it books in earliest open time slot regardless of whether the appointment fits in the time slot or not and disregarding later times that would accommodate the whole appointment.

This app gives me so many issues.
Business owners BEWARE
They will scam you into a year long contract without your knowledge then refuse to cancel you. Their customer service is terrible and you won’t be helped. use another platform.
Terrible Training Provided
I’ve been using this platform for 2 months and all I’ve been trained on is how to schedule appointments. I’m literally spending $300 a month for a calendar. Even the 2 training sessions I’ve received for terrible. I do not recommend this platform.
Always a bug
Currently I have not been able to click on clients and look at their information in over a week. I am unable to check on their wavers, etc. very frustrating
Terrible experience - BUSINESS OWNERS DON’T
Our experience with Mindbody has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
We signed up expecting a professional platform that would help support and grow our business. Instead, the onboarding process was chaotic, support was inconsistent, and the transition caused disruptions to our operations and online booking system. We lost valuable time and potential revenue while trying to make the platform work.
The most frustrating part is that despite barely being able to properly use the service due to the ongoing issues, we are still being pressured to pay termination fees to leave. Imagine paying for a service you never truly got to experience.
What makes the situation worse is the constant bouncing between representatives and departments, with nobody taking real ownership or providing meaningful solutions. Every conversation feels like starting from zero again.
Mindbody promotes itself as a company that “empowers businesses to thrive,” but unfortunately our experience was the complete opposite.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but business owners deserve to know what they may be walking into before committing to long-term agreements.

Contact Logs
Please please PLEASE give us the ability to edit and update contact logs in the app!!
Annoying
My Job uses this for clients and it’s a nightmare. Every update things are changing making it harder to see clients pasts visits. Glitching like crazy. Thankfully I don’t have to worry about scams and subscriptions but if I ever started my own business mind body would not be an option. 0/10 for me

I have been giving them my business for 5 years. They are THE WORST and once you sign a contract they will never answer your calls or help you. HIGHLYYYYY RECOMMEND using another platform
FRAUD BEWARE!!
DO NOT sign with them. I cancelled my yearly subscription with them 36 days prior to a renewal as they require a 30 day notice. I have been emailing back and forth with Phil from client engagement. Mindbody responded March 9 saying I cannot cancel my plan because it is passed the 30 day notice. They were completely unfair and gave me no realistic time frame to respond to security questions to cancel my subscription plan for 2026 and am now being told that I will have to pay $80/month for the next year although I will not be using their services. Phil is clearly not understanding that MINDBODY is in the wrong for this. BEWARE. This company is fraudulent.

Do Not Use This Company For Your Business
I recently purchased a second studio that uses Mindbody, and honestly, it’s been a nightmare. The platform is incredibly unintuitive, clunky, and far from user-friendly for both clients and business owners. My clients are frustrated, and I’m spending an absurd amount of time troubleshooting instead of actually running my business.
It’s wild how much extra work this system creates. What should be simple tasks turn into time-consuming problems, and the overall experience feels outdated and unnecessarily complicated.
I’m actively exploring other booking platforms and as soon as I find a better solution, I’m making the switch. This has been beyond disappointing and a huge waste of time and money! BEWARE!!!

App is lagging with the clients
Unfortunately I’m paying for an app and not getting any benefits. We have to do the booking manually from the front desk as 80% of our clients get an error msg every time they try to book
You can't write notes for each client
The app doesn't allow you to write notes for each client AT ALL. There's an option to write notes but you can’t actually do it. i can view notes just fine. but adding notes is an issue,i’m a lash technician. mobile version sucks
Stay away
I have used this for years. In the beginning it worked well for what we needed. Our monthly price has consistently increased. MB has switched merchant account services and I have been severely overcharged example a $400 charge they took $94 and with no explanation. They charged me a $30 new client discovery fee?? Never have I been charged that before. All new ways to rip our small business off. I have switched to gym desk! Way cheaper with way more services.

Locked in a Subscription I did not want. Lied !!!Fraud
I’m so upset with these people it’s ridiculous. I just want out of this so-called fraud contract that they got me stuck in and lied to me and said it was a three month trial. Now I’m locked in for another six months and didn’t even sign up for it I just want out. I’m so sick of dealing with this all the emails going back-and-forth. I wish I had never ever ever even came in contact with these people. It’s a fraud game has to be because why would you lock someone in something? They had no intentions or aware they were being locked in. Then telling them that they can’t get out.
