No prices, slow to load if lucky
Really poor app, especially in comparison to other similar theatre apps out there. No prices shown at top of screen under the colour dots, so no idea of each price band. Takes ages to load each page if you are lucky to get it to load at all. Developers really bad. Learn from other successful apps please.

I had made a mistake on a reservation date for October. The customer service was excellent as they allowed me to change the reservation to a date that I was able to attend.
We will be visiting from the USA and appreciate the hospitality for foreign guests.

Changes to our life of leisure
Since downloading the Stagedoor App our theatre going life has changed and we have really enjoyed the editorials and critic reviews which have informed and helped us with decision making. We have seen more plays, and musicals this year than previously in our life. Being able to understand the plot and review the cast along with critic reviews really helps. We have had great theatre experiences this year. The Stagedoor editorials inform us of any new productions or plays , stage shows or musicals to look out for. We have seen a London production each month for the last five months or so and have started receiving loyalty discounts. It is really good to read other theatre goers reviews as well, again helping with our theatre decisions. Thanks to you Stagedoor for opening up a whole new world of entertainment š

Fantastic app combining most all of Londonās theatre scene with professional and user reviews with the ability to sort and buy tickets directly and without stupid incremental booking fees.

Couldnāt confirm email address and no response from customer services
I went through registration process but couldnāt confirm my email address. I emailed customer support twice about this as advised in the app, but have had no response so have had to delete the app without ever being able to use it

Thatās what I call customer service
In spite of the terms and conditions stating that tickets are non-exchangeable, I called on the mercy of the Stagedoor team and they were superb. Allowed a simple and straightforward swap with no quibbles. I would never take advantage of such a policy unless it was absolutely necessary, but in this case it was. What nice people.

I need to change my tickets due to the train strikes. Stage-door weāre so helpful, especially Max. So happy I still get to see the show and havenāt wasted my money!

Excellent customer service
Booked a theatre visit, and wanted to change the date. Despite the terms stating they could not exchange or refund tickets, they happily swapped my date within a few hours of my email, with no charge or issue. Really pleased. Obviously this may not always be possible but Iām impressed at the service. Would use again.

First of all the app is easy to use and has great search and filter features. The rewards system is also very nice and encouraging.
I think weāve all had times when we canāt make it to a show and want to make amendments to our bookings. It happened to me recently due to train strikes. At first I couldnāt find any contact number for this matter so I called the theatre up, who told me to go back to the original point of purchase, so I went back to the app and it took me a while to find an email address. Hopeless, I emailed them hoping to get a response. To my surprise, pleasantly, the staff replied rather promptly and did their best to help me. In the end, they had my booking rescheduled super efficiently. This experience alone was worth a five-star!
