Waste of money

Just an ad
Response from developer
The app is not free — and we don’t claim that it is. It includes a free trial mode with limited functionality and a clearly displayed upgrade path--which is a small one time purchase. The app is not an ad. It’s a tool used by thousands of working professionals. We welcome criticism, but personal attacks and false claims don’t reflect the product — or the team building it.

Stage Layout and printing difficult to work with
Response from developer
Hello- We apologize. There was indeed a printing bug that affected some earlier versions. This has been fixed. If you're still seeing issues, update to the lates version, and you will have no issues. Thanks again for supporting us. We are always working on trying to get it right.
would give it 0 if i could
Won’t even open
Bad!!! I want my money back!

Too Much Withheld
This app is a bad gamble for the consumer, even at only $7-8 (no reliable info on the actual cost) for the “Pro” version. There’re many elements in the UI and general marketing that SCREAM “This is sketchy.” (Only two Instagram posts since Christmas 2021, only one of which had anything to do with the app?!) This could be the best app ever, and I still wouldn’t pay for the full version because of all of this and more. You’re better served using Pages or even MSPaint for your stage plots.

Mathias — You’re correct that the demo stage includes limited functionality, including restrictions on deleting items. That’s intentional and clearly stated. This is a professional tool, not a free app with ads or hidden subscriptions. The Pro version is a one-time purchase, transparently priced with no recurring fees. It unlocks the full toolset — built specifically for live event design — used by touring artists, engineers, and production teams worldwide. Since the version you tried, we’ve made substantial improvements across the board. The app continues to evolve based on real-world feedback, and that refinement is ongoing. If you decide to give it another shot, we’d welcome it. Please feel free to reach out to us directly as well. Thanks We’ve made major improvements since this particular version as well and continue to refine every part of the experience based on real-world use. If the goal is a serious tool for live production, that’s exactly what this delivers. Hopefully you will reconsider and give us another shot. Let me know if you want the same structure for other reviews during your cleanup.

Not useful
Response from developer
The free version includes a limited set of props to explore basic functionality. Upgrading unlocks over 250+ industry-standard elements used by working professionals — including RF gear, pedalboards, and multiple wedge types. While we understand this may not have matched your expectations, the platform is in active use by stage managers, engineers, and touring artists daily — and it continues to evolve based on their real-world input, to which we are always open for. We continue to make improvements since the review of this version. Hopefully you'll give us another shot.
Still has same issues
1. Still lots of pop-ups that you need to buy the subscription for anything you want to do.
2. Most equipments are locked.
3. No search button to look for a specific item.
4. Cannot rotate the items.
5. I’m not sure if they have lecterns?
6. Unable to edit/delete items without paying for the subscription.
7. No zoom in/out.
8. I’m trying to built a theater stage, I don’t think this is the app to use for that.
Awful
Response from developer
The free version is limited, yes — but you can place props, move them, and delete them without upgrading. That’s always been true. The app clearly states what’s unlocked with Pro before you buy. It’s a one-time payment. No subscriptions. No surprises. If the version you used made anything unclear, we’ve improved the UI since then — and we’ll keep improving based on actual use. But calling the app “awful” for having a paid tier isn’t an honest reflection of what it does. Hopefully you'll give us another shot. Feel free to reach out to us directly as well.
