Doesn’t count every flights!

Apple watch itself is unable to count every flights. I exercise on home stairs by climbing up down up down many times and Apple Watch counts it as one. I was so fed up with AW and already did experiments on 3 watches in this month. All three undercounted stairs. I though this App would count all stairs but all it is doing is reading data from AW and counting it and displaying in pictures with landmarks.

Would be great if it was iwatch compatible. I don't always have my phone with me so I guess based on your app those don't count :-(
