Glitch
I wish the app did not glitch as much and shut down always tells me my password is wrong, which it is not.
Good for the long hall
I've been using the mobile app for years. This app makes my life easier. Glad it's available to use. Saves me gas from traveling to the bank. I'll keep using this app for a long time.
Laggy
I’ve used this app for over a year now. Every time I try and click on something it always takes a while to load… This is very inconvenient especially when needing to transfer money.
It’s not just my app doing it, it is others as well.
I’ve also had problems with my face ID option… I’ve had it set up and it keeps turning the option off!

Great banking app.
For a local bank, this app is easy to navigate and use. I can see all of my accounts and make payments from the home page. In addition the frequent security checks and two factor authentication makes it feel safe and secure.
Update
Total white screen and then shuts off with IOS 14.5. I assume an update will be coming. Thanks
Love the app
I use this app everyday and never really had a complaint but now my Face ID doesn’t work . I’ve tried turning it off and back on but that didn’t work either. I hope they fix this because it is very convenient to use.

Horrible app
It USE to work awesome. Then it changed. It always says system error and I hardly can ever use it. It started when I got a second account. It pisses me off.
Has extremely inconvenient down time
I love being able to transfer money when I need to, however this app goes down right when I need to transfer money before purchases. Super inconvenient and I wish they’d make it more stable.

Tried to to use our DEBIT card and VISA card at Sam’s club and they both were denied.
I was forced to use my DISCOVER card.

Love this app. The Touch ID is very convenient so I don’t have to type my password every time. Like that it logs out upon closing app so someone can’t pick up your phone and look into your bank account. Using on iPhone and iPads and have had no problems at all.

Garbage app
No touch ID. At least the new instant balance feature means I don't have to type my password every time. But that's just a cop out feature because touch ID would solve this much more elegantly.
I am seeing a Samsung pay tab on the initial tab bar, and another button for it in the more tab once logged in. I necessarily cannot use this on an iPhone so there is no reason to clutter the UI with it.
And the app logs me out every time I switch apps, even if I come immediately back. Because, you know, every single other app does that to you.
This app is pathetic.

It's a lie you are unable to deposit checks on app! Chase and BOA are way better banks than this !
