I want my money back
It’s basically just pulling erroneous data from eBay to tell you what something is worth which are no doubt probably affiliate links. I was expecting it to identify exactly the stamp that I show it. Instead, it shows dozens of versions of the same stamp, as well as other stands, which are completely unrelated . The graphics they used to entice you to purchase this do not equal what the product does. I want my money back.

Giving up on it after 12 of 12 fails
Only had the patience to scan 12 stamps, from well-known rare to common US no stamps and the program couldn’t even get the country right much less actually identify a stamp and its value. Great app for people lacking sufficient frustration in their lives.

I downloaded for a free trial. I tried the app to identify about 20 different stamps. It has a 5 % accuracy rate. I did better with google image search.
I deleted the app as it was not going to be useful. I was charged today for my membership! Unbelievable. I have asked for a refund. This app has a long ways to go.

Horrible
Have been trying to cancel my subscription and there is no way to cancel. Did not work when tring to identify stamps. Now being charged every month. Very disappointed. Don’t download this app it is a scam.

Doesn’t find most countries
I purchased the premium version of this app, and now it does not identify any of the worldwide stamps. I take pictures of. It basically shows United States, Canada, Britain, and Australia. When I’m looking for anything else, just simply does not work. I would really like a refund.

This app is a complete wast of money it doesn’t come close to getting an id correct and if you try to search by pictures it might give you 15 to 20 to look at. It doesn’t even warrant a single star in this rating system.

Does not work and forces purchase
I could not proceed to looking up a stamp until purchasing a membership.
In 15 minutes the APP could not select the closeup image of the Henry James stamp from 2016 (USA Scott 5105).
The Women Cryptologists of WWII stamp (Scott 5738 in 2022) was quickly selected but wildly different stamps and formats were presented as candidates none of which were correct.

Do not buy this app, nothing works and it crashes constantly!
I bought this app hoping it would help me identify some stamps my grandfather had collected, and nothing works. I’ve tried numerous time to use the picture identifier and it just keeps spinning and spinning and no results. I try and look up a stamp and the app crashes and closes itself down. There is no place to ask for a refund and isn’t helpful at all. My cynical side thinks this app is preying on the elderly who collected stamps and are interested in learning their value, so they buy it and flush $20 down the drain like I did. Steer clear! Look for a better app.

Disappointed that I paid for this app.
App is not currently able to detect the stamp in my image. The first few days of using this app went well, now it won’t detect my stamps that I photograph or from my previous albums. Very frustrating after paying for the pro version.

I purchased the subscription to try and I will be unsubscribing the app does not work. I tried at least 15 stamps and it can’t identify any of them. I have a large collection I am trying to go through and was hoping this would help but it does not… do not purchase!!!!!!

15 for 15 tries and it hasn’t been correct yet. The stamps it shows you aren’t even the same color or shape. I can read the stamp and know a lot about it. The app can’t even get the country correct and it’s usually on there. Waste of my money. Then any nickname you try it won’t let you use to stop the negative reviews

almost impossible to test out free version due to ads
I understand it application. Developer should get paid well for their work if it is good.
I’ve downloaded three different Stamp Identifier type applications to my phone and I’m trying to figure out which one I should purchase.
This one this one, while it may be gray it’s too hard to use in free mode, so I’m going to evaluate the other two options first.
If they don’t work for me, I will come back and buy a short subscription to this app.

Not identifying stamps
Half the stamps I scan give me a bunch of options none of which are even close

Not impressed. I have my grandmothers collection of mostly international stamps. They claim how good their ID is. I have some of the stamps they reference and it wont ID them.

It’s good when it works
When it identifies a stamp, it works flawlessly. I really like being able to pull up the value of the stamps immediately, as well as sort my collected stamps virtually and properly, it’s honestly why I bought the app. But using it more, there seems to be a LOT of missing stamps even when I type in the stamp to look up. For instance, they don’t have all the US statehood anniversary stamps. There’s maybe 20? But my 150th anniversary of statehood from Tennessee is among the missing. A century of friendship between the US and CA? Not there. The AI just can’t find it either. I also look up a lot of WW2 era stamps, mostly Deutches Reich stamps, none of what I photographed or looked up manually were there. It’s frustrating because I paid $20 for a service that works maybe 35% of the time, but at least I have it forever, so I really hope more stamps are added in the future. I will edit my review when that time comes.

Unable to identify any stamps
I installed the app and attempted to identify 12 different stamps. All were large easy-to-identify stamps from various countries. None had any cancellations and I used good even light.
The app was unable to even identify the country of any of the 12 stamps much less the exact stamp. This app needs considerable work before it will be of any value to a collector.

Have issues with photo identification
Trying to take a photo of my stamps. When I searches to identify a close math. The app with glitch and shut down. Returning me to my phone’s home screen.
Collection doesn’t sync between iPad and iPhone
I started adding my collection to my iPad, however when I used my iPhone to review my posts I restored my purchase and noticed that the collection is not syncing between the two devices. Hopefully the developer will resolve this issue or I will need to request a refund.

As soon as I tried to sign up it asked for my credit card number. Not free people. If you say free then be free. Do not tell me that you will not charge. Heard that before. I give it a no star. Had to give it one because could not send if i didn’t
