It has been very helpful in identifying all sorts of stamps for me from all countries in the world in a snap, the other thing I like is the fact they have been constantly updating their program to be go for all true AI in action. My only take back is the fact that occasionally misidentification happens, but I hope that will be resolved too soon

Failed
Initially it seemed to be satisfactory, then it suddenly stopped working or identifying any stamps, ?!
I’m prescribed for a full year and it stopped functioning after just one month 😠 I deleted the app. And reinstalled to see if that works? But unfortunately it didn’t help? I am entitled to a refund? If you can’t fix or take better care of it.
