Somehow worse
The recent update is just not good. While it was slow before, you couldn’t least scan receipts simply and easily with the camera. They have removed this feature snow you get blurry photos that have to be closely cropped manually. Why would they go backwards????
Reliable, decent app
Overall not bad. It does what it is supposed to do and it doesn’t fail, which is a huge positive. But it would be nice if it were faster (less buffering) and less clicks. When I click to review invoices I land on a page that requires me to click to review invoices instead of just taking me directly to the next page. Would be much better to eliminate BOTH landing pages and just go straight into the invoice selection page. Invoice Review is the only feature available to me, so an introductory page that has me click ‘Review’, followed by another page that has me click ‘Review Now’ or something similar, followed by the page that allows me to actually select invoices to review is too much. Perhaps if I keep repeating myself, you’ll get the idea.

I have tried and tried it takes weeks to talk to anyone on support. All I need is an email recovery link. The app can’t send it to me either.

You can search on the web version, but you can’t in the app version.
Dreadful
I have never hated an app enough to write a review about it. That ended with Stampli. The Stampli card gets declined a significant percentage of the time, which is honestly a kindness because it saves you from having to use this wretched app.
You take a picture of your receipt and it does a good job figuring out what is paper and what is not, and then the app invariably says something about it’s system not being available and promises to upload the receipt when it connects. This generally happens over the course of a day or two. Maybe three. Meanwhile your notifications and email are beset with reminders of your sins of having charges open that need to be submitted for approval.
If you are a company who delights in hampering your employees at every turn, and doesn’t actually want them to be able to pay for anything ever, then Stampli is for you.
Everyone else, heed my advice and steer clear of this disaster.

App works way too slow
The app works very slowly and clunky
Won’t load
App used to work but now it won’t load - I can’t even login on the website because now it just opens this dead app

Freeze at start
App worked great for a while. Now it won’t even load to the start page.
