There’s hope
This is the best app for a guy like me that struggled with my speech for years and years. Of course my speech is not perfect, but I’ve used this app so many times and it has guided me to learn better ways to say my words and get them out better. Really good app and worth the subscription 👍🏻
Can’t even start
Won’t let me past the “Here’s a free trial” bit. I don’t want to use a free trial or juggle any subscriptions, I just want the free content.
Poor Customer Care Service
I have been using this application from 2 years now. Recently I faced a technical glitch and raised a ticket to resolve, it took several weeks for them to come back and issue is still not resolved.
Lot of bugs
I have purchased a monthly membership but it still not activated, I think the customer care total useless you won’t receive any response from them. This app is a total scam. Please don’t purchase any membership

Customer service is poor
I have been a member for many years. My membership recently renewed for the year but I haven’t been able to access my account. I’ve reached out to customer service at least 6 times over the past 2 weeks, but I haven’t received a response. It’s ver frustrating and disappointing!

Not a good app. There’s a lot of things in it but I find them all so useless. I would look at other apps if there any to better improve my speech.

I feel this app insults your own intelligence. The daily exercises are not helpful. I would look to better equipped stuttering apps than this one.

App freeze
I’ve been a subscriber since 2020 and loving the app but it’s been having some bugs in the app. When I go to the “view plans” or go to the therapeutic section to go to the purchasing options it freezes my app, unfortunately nobody has help fix my problem yet and I’ve been reaching out for over a month now and still nothing. I like the app but if I want to buy a 1on1 session it’s not possible at the moment because it keep freezing.

I love this app in the way that it gives me hope in improving my stuttering problem for real life situations.
I got scammed?
I tried the free trial for a week and ended up liking how the app works. This prompted me to buy the gold edition for $100 as it is the best deal for me to get. However, once I have bought it, I can’t access the materials. When I go to it, it gives me the transaction screen which tells me to buy the subscription for the app, even though I already have. When I click buy, it says that it has already been bought. Then the thing is gone and the normal screen appears. However, as soon as I click begin, that same transaction screen appears. And now, my money is gone and I can’t access the stuff that I had paid for.

A Problem with the App
I've been having a problem with the app recently. I've reached day 512 and I can't seem to proceed to any of the practices after finishing the quiz. I think there might be a glitch in the system.

I love this app
It helps me a lot. I bought a one-year membership and I'm on day four. I like practicing with the app. It's been my fourth day and I can already noticed improvement in my speech when I had to talk to strangers at work today . I'm surprised it was made in India! I thought it was an American app. Hello India! Chicago here ❤️

I tried to sign up using my phone number but didn’t even get an OTP code.
Suggestion for improvement
It would be really useful if you could access the exercises from the first few days at any point.
I found the repetition of sounds exercise really good and would be useful to do every morning before work or before something like giving a speech.
The exercises after the first few days I found less useful, I only really get blockers rather than a repetition stammer so I don’t want to do those exercises.
