A bit limited
I have a sit-stand desk and thought this would help remind me to change positions. The fact that it nags every 3 mins is great because the app that came with my desk doesn’t; if you miss the notification it won’t re-prompt.
Where this app falls over is that it only prompts me to stand and doesn’t have a ‘now sit back down’ alarm. (Yes, I know I could just sit at the next alarm but hear me out)…
It needs two things to be perfect:
1. Ability to switch between sitting/standing status and track stats on how long you were sitting vs standing.
2. Ability to set different periods for sitting be standing (e.g. 40 mins sit, 20 mins stand).

A little too simple
There should be no max time. What if I want to stand every 75 minutes? Also, for a paid app, the design is pretty basic.
If you need a timer that fits within an hour maximum, this will probably do the job.

Simple and Perfect
Exactly what I wanted in a stand notification app. Easy to use and customize. Would LOVE an Apple Watch version with same settings and features.

Simple and easy! My only gripe (maybe I’m not doing something right) is that I’d like it to nag me if I don’t have the app open. Maybe it’s an operator error, ha! Seriously though.. great app! Just what I’ve been on the lookout for, as I sit on my keyster all day and need to remember to stand up.

Micro Breaks
This app is great for getting you up out of your chair or for giving you a chance to stretch tired or tense muscle. Very useful aid to remind you to take a break. I hope in the next update that the developer will include a stop time for the end of the day. It comes with a start, but no stop.
One Feature Missing
This would be a great app if it used the phone's ability to detect motion so it would reset the timer when you stand up.

Helping my recovery!
I recently had hip replacement surgery. During my recovery I need to be sure to stand every 30 minutes. This app is so helpful and is simple to use. I can concentrate on other things rather than watching the clock all the time. Thanks for a great app!
Exactly what I was looking for
Not too complicated, just a notice to stand up. Adjustable to what you want including time between stands and alerts if they don't hear from you. It's perfect.
Five stars if...
I would give this 5 stars if it would reset the timer if I stand up before the alarm goes off. With movement detection, that would be a great enhancement! Thanks
Confusing settings
Super simple yet the settings are still confusing.
Love the simplicity
Live this app and the way it very simply nags me to stand. My only suggestion would be to allow to set timing for both sit and stand.
Wish I wouldn't have purchased
After getting the app I wasn't impressed. Where's the refund button? Just set your phone timer, it does the same thing. Nothing special but a timer.
Life changer
I have tried multiple apps (both on PC and iPhone) and this one is the best of the bunch. A perfect example of simple is best. Highly recommended. And a great virtual stocking stuffer for coworkers, friends and family.
