This app charges 50-80+ dollars while telling you they will change you nothing. Don’t be fooled by these wolves in sheep’s clothing like I was! I have not as much food for my hungry child now because of these evildoers who the Lord will judge as deserving of the pit of fire for they called Him Lord but then robbed the poor and oppressed! 😭

I joined Stand Unshaken specifically for the yoga aspect and boy did it spoil me with SO much more!! I absolutely love love all of Denika’s classes as well as the meditations and the Bible studies provided on this app! This has been an absolute staple in my life. Another perk? OBSESSED is an understatement
I’ve done so many yoga practices before but was never able to connect with them on a deeper, spiritual level. It just felt like disconnected stretching (which totally defeats the purpose). I was so happy to find a yoga community that aligns with my Christian beliefs and points me to Jesus. I’ve enjoyed the separate community but the obsession is definitely routed here. I’ve come to love my body and all it’s capable of and look forward to practicing everyday. Download the app, join the membership. You won’t regret it.

This app has everything I’ve been wanting and more! I initially tried it out for the Christian yoga (because that can be hard to find), but once I got into it I realized how much more there is! One of my favorite unexpected features is the community - I’ve found such an uplifting experience through the live yoga and Bible study sessions with others in the space, and have seen the positive impact the app provides! Can’t wait to dive deeper!
