I don’t want to shop with an app. Let me have the coupon price without dealing with your app. It’s terribly annoying to be standing in product next to cherries trying to save $3.

Not really convienant
What really would make this app great is if you can scan your receipt and the points be added. I’m not always pulling out my phone in the grocery store so when I get home I then realize I paid for all these groceries and I have nothing to show for it. The price for groceries are already expensive. Please add this feature. Thank you

Don’t bother
App has not worked for months, went to store twice and they were no help. They gave me the number to call for help. The help line said to delete and reload the app. I told them I’ve already done this about 10 times. They said to try it again!

Clipped coupons don’t register FREQUENTLY! App is a hassle!!
Feels like a scam
Just horrible. Not intuitive at all for ux. Way too hard to actually get the deals. Way too much friction in getting to checkout. Must read fine print. Big time waster.

Tech Issues
Love the App! However, why is it that every time I go to “my List” the app itself SHUTs DOWN on me and I have to continue reopening the app?Is this a Star market tech issue? Please fix this asap!
Great… when it works
Sigh. Screen was frozen again when I opened it so I couldn’t use the app. I am missing my savings! Perhaps time to go back to paper coupons?

Absolute worst functioning app. Never loads, never accurate with what is available, impossible to use.
Can be improved
AI chatting solves nothing, and for U coupon expires on expiration day (should be usable on that day, or just show valid through xxx). Coupon need clip whose clicking damages my iPhone screen.

You guys finally got me to install the app because of my emails. The emails were so good, I needed the app.

App was great until it stopped working. Every time I open the app it just freezes and I can’t use click anything or see my reward points. It must be a bug issue because all the other apps on my phone work. One star until this issue gets resolved.
Worst app!
In order to get reasonable prices, you are forced to open this app every day and individually press each deal. If you don’t you pay higher price prices. There is no way to select all of them at once. It is such a scam!
