Buy Gift Card in Store vs App
This app is inadequate with gift card purchasing. The functionality and build of this app desperately needs improvement and a re-work from an established web developer. If you do chance it with buying a physical gift card from the app, make sure to include the To and From in the Additional Notes section + a gift note (without special characters or images like emojis). Also please be aware that they do not provide a USPS tracking number just a basic emailed receipt. A gift recipient of mine did receive his gift card but the wrong name of who sent the card was written in on the From line. Therefore initially I did not know the gift recipient received the gift card + he thought it was promotional gift from Star Nursery.
So again, save the headache and buy in store if you can or have someone that’s local do it for you. Don’t risk it & waste your time or even your money with purchasing on this app.

Confusing
The app and their website is just plain confusing when it comes to buying a gift card. Apparently, the app allows me only to buy a physical card and not an e-card, which would make more sense, though I could have misunderstood that. But the app has NO DETAILS (neither does the website) - it asks you only to select your card amount, add it to the cart, and provide an address for physical mailing within a week. What’s the pt of that when the app should be designed to allow immediate e-access?

Bad app
This app is a total disaster. Just wanted to order the Kurt Busch diecast on the Star paint scheme. Could not do that on my computer so my kid loaded this disaster on an iPad. Took us a few hours and another kid to get to where we figured we could order it. Pressed the pay now button and it just locked up. I have no idea if it got ordered but at this point I really don’t care. This piece of garbage should not even have made it to the beta version. Keep in mind not everyone has an iPad or smartphone. Let us order off a website on a computer. This thing flat stinks. Unless you like to get frustrated don’t even try this
