i can’t login
I tried to log in for many days. My age is above 20, but the app said I was younger than 14. Plus, the date is not correct. I put 8, but it goes up to 7. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as it is preventing me from accessing my account.

recently, you updated your app and ever since it’s been automatically turning off the music i’m playing. i’m not sure if you made it do that or not but if you did i would appreciate it if you made it not turn off my music.

tried to purchase jellies but the app suddenly crashed after i already paid, it’s not fixed by deleting and reinstalling the app. this is just unacceptable to make purchases available but make the app unstable.

Doesnt Work!!!
I payed money for the star votes and now it wont even let me in the app despite changing accounts, deleting and redownloading the app countless times. The app will open for less than 3 seconds then exit on its own. Lost money for the app not happy.
SCAM - Broken after purchasing
I purchased a package of star jelly to contribute to live voting of my artist, and the app immediately shut off and sent me back to my phone app screen. i tried multiple times to reopen but the app would close as soon as i logged back in. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue is still the same? Please fix this I just spent money to receive a broken app???? I will request refund due to scam

App problem
Ever since I purchased the Star jelly 100 in this app at the time when the app was working normally like it should this app started to crash/kicking me out when I tried to clicked into the app. I have just downloaded this app recently, I'm a new user of this app hoping to use the app to support my idol like everyone else but the app won't even stay open when I click on it. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and for some reason the app stayed open once I clicked on it but that was because I wasn't even logged in to my Kakao account since I had just reinstalled the app and it still happened again. The app kicked me out as if I pressed the home button. I have also tried signing into a new different sign-in account but the app still behaves the same way. I'm frustrated just trying to get this app to work and need effective help with this problem.

jelly購入後、アプリを何度開いてもすぐに落ちてしまい結局投票できませんでした。課金しても無駄になるのでやめた方がいいです^^
Stole my money
I purchased $75 worth of Star Jelly to vote. I should’ve been given 9,625 Star Jelly but I received nothing. I contacted customer support and they claimed they couldn’t see the purchase on their end so I would have to contact the Apple to get my refund. Apple claims that my request isn’t “eligible” for a refund. So I got nothing even though I can prove that I was charged. This app is trash.
