Dismal Customer Service
Tried downloading from App Store prior to trip to Madrid, Spain. For 3 weeks now, the app reads “ user validation pending, this can take 24-48 hours to resolve”.
In addition, I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service describing the problem, and no reply.
Don’t know how the can stay in business with this kind of service.
