Its stuck on 61 percent loading dont play if this happends to you three different times I try to load the game and three different times after 20 minutes I cancelled the game because it's not working what's the point of having a game that doesn't play

It’s a good game I’ve kept with it and I love the changes they’ve made, for new players give it a chance it’s boring at first but once you get involved with Star Trek politics and stuff it’s really fun
Poor Quality Game
Why does this fail on every release. slow responsiveness, it’s like the in memory function for each session is running on a ZX-81. Why do charge for this game, it’s such a poor experience. If a lawsuit is coming it wouldn’t surprise me.
Glitches
This game is constantly down and constantly having problems. Which is unfortunate because it’s a lot of fun to play when it is working. And 1 year I submitted 6 tickets and it took 1 year for them to fix the problem. They fixed that problem and now when they did an update I can’t login today so guess what another ticket. If they could get the game to work instead of adding constant new content and new ships to try to lure you in it would be a lot better game

This was a great game for many years. I made lots of longtime friends. However, it's become obvious that Scopely will do nothing about people who harass and dox others and otherwise abuse gameplay. That person just has to have spent enough money in the past and they're left to do whatever they like. Then there's the issues of new content all the time but not fixing the current issues. It's a shame really. - as an update to your response, I have contacted support, many times. I always get the canned response about how you’re looking into it but you can’t update me because pRiVaCy, which is ridiculous because we are talking about MY life and issues and this person’s game is not nearly the same as protected health info, etc., I’m not asking for their address. So yes, I have tried to do something, to no avail.

M93.2 update broke the app. Game will not even launch on my phone anymore. So much for playing this game…
Graphics
I have an iPhone 16 and I have the game on it. My question is the graphics on my phone and the advertised are not the same. Why is that?
Game malfunctions
I’m going through the missions and it’s telling me to upgrade my building dock to level three so that I can build an Orion Corvette, but then when I complete that and try to build the Orion Corvette, it tells me that it needs to be a level five building dock. This is my main concern because now in order to get to level five it’s gonna take so much more work when the game is telling me that I’m supposed to be able to do it at level three.

Good game
I like the game. I just wish there were more missions at the higher levels and that packs in the store weren’t so expensive. Not everyone can drop 100 dollars at a time.
Too Much BS.
Too Many Ads. Too Many PayWalls. Too Many Pay to Win things. Too Many Hackers who are PMing you every day to switch to their game. Non existent tech support. And then when you try to delete your account you have to jump through so many hoops just to prove you are you only to have someone say “yeah, nah, we’re not honoring your request.”
Screw this game. Screw this company. I am not derailing with this BS anymore. Do yourself a favor and go blow your money on Star Trek Online. At least there your purchases are permanent and worthwhile.

It's way too expensive to progress in a reasonable time frame. I wish i had never started. The changes come too rapidly, and bugs seem to never get fixed. You should skip this one
Great for meeting people
Good game for meeting people in alliances and making friends. Game can be free to play, but to make any meaningful progress it charges you $99.99 at a time “micro”transactions. Still, I’ve played for a year. It’s more of an addiction and a lifestyle than it is just a video game for casual play

The Grind
The game is pretty good. Lots to look forward to, but the grind to get there is unbearable. I finally deleted.
Losing interest
Have been playing this game for a few years. The only thing that has kept me on are the people I’ve met in the community, and that might not be enough. The game has progressively become bloated and slower. Rebooting the game because buttons get stuck is the new norm. At the same time more of the new challenges are geared for the pay to play players. Older systems for progression have not been updated, yielding little to no value when completed.
