All rewards lost after update
I have lost all my points which would include 3 free drinks after this last update. I have lost more than 850points
Needs major work
This app is worthless, except for scanning when making a purchase. It constantly gets stuck, canon open email messages, seems your notifications, which are impossible to open… etc., and the list goes on.
I am giving it an extra star as a courtesy and out of loyalty to my favorite Starbucks Mocha. Otherwise, it deserves 1 star.
Please fix this app.

Cheating on points
I always check before and after purchase and sometimes my points don’t increase. If I tell the person at the counter before purchase then it works. Seems like they have a way to cheat on points earned. Loyalty is not really loyalty with starbucks. I always purchase from the same store in Al Barsha drive through.

Buggy app with rewards issue
App is Buggy, rewards doesnt show the full list. For example turkey cheese pretzel is no where found in the rewards list and other items that can be redeemed is not clear or not shown in the app.

Hassle to sign in to app
If only I could add to apple wallet instead of searching for the app then waiting for it to load. Would be great if the QR code could be saved to cards.
No items available
Placed a pickup order. I ordered 5 items and apparently 4 items were not available. Really poor app which doesn’t update its item availability
Not worth it!
You have to pick up your phone and open the app 62.5 times by ordering a coffee to get a simple reward. People they would do it for this kind of reward, are not going to Starbucks 😂
User Friendly app
Very easy to use. Should have option how yo delete item in the cart
Buggy app
Adding an item and returning to menu prompts a discard confirmation. Shops show as open even though they are closed even in the app schedule. Almost all items have mistakes in macros. Needs an update.
Can’t sign in
I swear I signed in more then 5 times and it won’t let me sign in I wanted to get a reward for my birthday today but it won’t allow me to sign in
The location
If you can save the location of the last order was requested, or to be included in the history to make it easy to request the drink from the same site with just two clicks instead of searching the location again and again

I was served by ishara who works in the manar mall branch and the shop is in front of carrefore. We really liked the hospitality of him and also liked the way he treated us. We observed that he was very cooperative and friendly with all the guests. People like him always keep the service industry up and running. Cheers..

User not recognized
I used to use my rewards app most of the time and credentials are already imprinted on my mobile, when i opened recently, i was logged off and my app cannot recognize my credentials, is it a strategy to have a customer sign up of register again when i already used the app since it was launched? Not a good example.
