Needs major work
This app is worthless, except for scanning when making a purchase. It constantly gets stuck, canon open email messages, seems your notifications, which are impossible to open… etc., and the list goes on.
I am giving it an extra star as a courtesy and out of loyalty to my favorite Starbucks Mocha. Otherwise, it deserves 1 star.
Please fix this app.

Cheating on points
I always check before and after purchase and sometimes my points don’t increase. If I tell the person at the counter before purchase then it works. Seems like they have a way to cheat on points earned. Loyalty is not really loyalty with starbucks. I always purchase from the same store in Al Barsha drive through.

Buggy app with rewards issue
App is Buggy, rewards doesnt show the full list. For example turkey cheese pretzel is no where found in the rewards list and other items that can be redeemed is not clear or not shown in the app.
