Glitch

Used to be able to get notified with my partner checks their app but not anymore, also when I send a spell they don’t get it right away.

WAS great

This was my favorite app. A few paywalls. No biggie. But now? I literally can’t see anything without paying. I’ve been using this app for over a year with no issues. Adding new features and making those extra is one thing, but deciding to take away the features I already had is ridiculous.

Can’t retroactively record

Why is it that if I forget to record my period, stardust not only thinks it’s late, but won’t let me go back and record it, unless I pay for the subscription?

Unusable on iphone XR

Hi! I started using this app a while ago and am still very fond of it! Unfortunately though the app isn't optimized for how old my phone is, which means it's nearly impossible to even just record my period before the app completely freezes. The app had always kinda been slow since I started using it but for probably half a year now it's completely unusable. :(

Waiting doesn't let the app bounce back or unfreeze and I do keep up with app updates.

I'd go back to using the apple health app to keep track of my cycles but I can't even really look at my old periods and put them in the health app...

Good with tracking, but…

The notifications sometimes really weird me out and aren’t that nice to get whenever I’m out.

If there was an option for notifications that were only serious and gender neutral for those who are trans, and other identifying folks out there that’d be fire! When it comes to tracking I just want simple, non-weird and uncomfortable ways of being notified.

omg i love this!!

This app is genuinely amazing! i love it

Big fail!

It did not work for some reason and for the use Apple account I tried that and it didn’t work and for the google account it didn’t work either. Not sure what’s wrong but I wish it could’ve worked 🥲

Please Help

Stardust, please update so that users can change their DOB, location of DOB, and time. I accidentally put the wrong area and my rising sign is incorrect. This bothers me immensely as all the kittle updates and readings are not accurate. If there is a way I can do this I will change to 5 stars. Thanks 😊

Fast perfekt

Hate this app

Horrible. Never predicts my period right, you have to pay for everything, and messed up my email.

Performance issues

This app is great to see my partners cycle but the fact is it runs terribly ever since the last couple updates and constantly has lagging/optimization issues. These really need to be addressed to make it usable. Maybe I’m a one off case but my phone performs fine and is not old.

Subscription trap

I got tricked into a trial i cannot cancel. It says to go on stardust.app to manage the subcription but when i go there it doesnt show up. I emailed them about it jo response. My 7 days are almost over and im about to be forced into a subscription forever that i cannot cancel. Absolute lunacy. I love this app to track my partners cycle otherwise. And she loves it too. Its just this is unbelievably wrong. I might change my mind if someone is able to solve this for me before i pay for it on sept 17.

Stardust

Super funny and helpful.

Slow App

Whenever I try to open the app it is always slow and it takes a good two minutes to open and load my cycle. This is so annoying.

Payment for period

So much payment features, it lags the app every time I use it! And to ask for payment for basic symptoms is too scummy. I enjoyed it in the beginning because I wanted to support women made apps but now they’ve completely sold out

Hey

I so far love the app but I don’t like who you have to pay a subscription

Tracker I used to Love

I used to love using this app to log symptoms and such and loved the whole concept of it. However, since I updated it, when on the dashboard and going to view previous days to check what I’ve logged it now blurs where the info used to be and has a “Gaze into the past” option. Where you now need to subscribe to view past information I logged about my own body? Just seems scummy and low, as I used the dashboard to quickly view things a lot. And for whatever reason it has become incredibly slow, and while you can go through the calendar to see things logged, it takes very long now and the dashboard being quick and accessible is gone due to a subscription feature now. So, while I loved this app, I won’t be using it and will delete it as this just made the app feel icky.

Just to reply: I know of the other ways to view past history, however, the app became incredibly slow and buggy to even try to view it. I understand as a company you need to make money, and that is fine, and the other ways of having premium features seemed great for those that could pay. I didn’t need or want paid “predictions” on a dashboard, only an easy and quick way to view symptoms previously put in as trying to view other ways was buggy and slow. That’s why the dashboard used to be helpful and have seen a few other reviews echoing it. So, just something you guys as a company should think about. All the best :)

Response from developer

Hello there, Thanks for leaving a review and for your feedback! The optional subscription tiers allow us to cover platform and employee costs while maintaining our commitment to never selling data, being ad-free, and continuing to provide the free resources we do provide. There is always a free version of the app where you can fully track your cycle and symptoms. We will never put this behind a paywall :) Also, viewing your past cycles and logged data has been, and will always be, free. You can access this in the app through the Calendar view (2nd icon from the left) and/or the Analytics tab (middle icon). You may be referring to the ability to scroll through past and future Daily Blurbs, which is part of our premium offering. However, this is a separate feature and does not prevent you from accessing your historical cycle and symptom data elsewhere in the app. If you have any questions or concerns, let us know on our website stardust.app! All the best, The Stardust Team

Amazing but laggy

Genuinely my favorite period tracker I had Flo previously but it wasn’t as accurate (mine are sort of irregular but this one is able to predict even that) and kept pushing their subscription in my face 24/7 which was so annoying. I love this one it’s just that it gets super laggy and exits out by itself 💔💔💔

Slow

Used to love the app, and still love the privacy. Since the addition of some (possibly fun, but unnecessary) features like the tarot cards, the app has become unbearably slow and I have to let the app buffer in between pressing any buttons. Would love the option to turn off these features since I don’t use them anyway and just want a private period tracker.

Double dipping

My wife pays for the app. Why on gods green earth would I pay anything, let alone full price to be able to view the information that is already paid for to be available on her phone. That is stupid. Partners should get free insight, it makes no sense to double dip on the payments it’s honestly insane.
