I accidentally signed up for the trial and canceled it right away. Still got charged the trial fee - fine, a stupid tax. But then I got charged again after the account had been cancelled?!? Very shady and terrible way to do business. No one needs to read these AI books.

Customer service is non existent. I cancelled over a month ago, during the trial and I am still being charged. Emails are unanswered.

No major complaints from me. Staread opens fast, responds well, and lets me focus on reading instead of fiddling with settings.
Charged after email for cancellation
I purchased the offer for the week and on the same day submitted a cancellation request via email to them but no they didn’t cancel they took my money a week later.
