Charged after email for cancellation
I purchased the offer for the week and on the same day submitted a cancellation request via email to them but no they didn’t cancel they took my money a week later.

Do not use
This app is not great. It is impossible to cancel a subscription if you accidentally subscribe and they do not respond to emails or communication. Very fraudulent app.

Dont purchase anything. You cant cancel it and they will charge credit card…….

I have started some great stories but I am not happy with the fact that after 3 or 4 chapters you have to pay to finish reading. I am tired of finding apps that have great stories to find out they are money hungry just to finish a book. 😪 it’s always the same

Once you purchase a coin on special that’s it’s very very cheap they will keep your credit card detail and will charging you even you can’t the subscription or one time coin top up . The email don’t exist and no one will reply to you even you message them on the app

If I could give this zero stars I would. Because they make it where if you buy a subscription you can NOT cancel it. So when you buy the discount one and you want to end it before it jumps to the ridiculous full price that is way too expensive you can’t and you get charged for it. That’s a mess and very unfair. Bad business practices.

Ridiculous!
I have requested that my account be canceled multiple times and nothing. They keep billing me for an account I do not like or use! Customer service does not help and ignores messages.
Interface made sense instantly
Right from the start, the interface made sense to me. That matters a lot because I usually give up on confusing reading apps fast.
Cancel subscription
I would rate as a 0 if I could. You have to purchase a subscription if you want to read the books I thought I would give it a try for a week as on a special offer. But after the first couple of chapters I decided to cancel it. Thought it was straight forward through the app. They have not cancelled the subscription price has gone which I can’t afford and still trying to cancel 11 weeks down the line. This site is a scam.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!
I’ve tried multiple times to cancel the subcription my child made I’ve contacted all the emails they don’t work. I even tried to call them the number doesn’t work. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE they don’t cancel subscriptions until after they take a weekly payment which isn’t in the contract they send for the trial

The app just keep circling an won’t let me use any discounts

Did the subscription and wanted to cancel sent them a request to cancel after a day of having it and haven’t heard back but they took out the next week money. Trying to get it cancelled still before they try again

I have tried to cancel my account for 3 weeks. They kept charging me I emailed and requested a cancellation through the app.
