I’m literally amazed at how accurate and how thorough This scale works. I’m truly amazed and have recommended it to many people. It’s very helpful to analyze your body balance and muscles and water and all that I just really can’t even get over it and exceed to my expectations.

I am a fit, muscular 66-year-old man with an iPhone 13 and the scale says that I’m borderline obese and the app crashes when I tap on most of the features.

Can’t get on
This App may be good but you have to get a verification code first!!! Tried twice , code never sent after waiting double the time they specified. Then sent Can’t get code, was supposedly sent. Nothing!! It shouldn’t take a half an hour to get going!!!

this is functioning on iPhone and Mac Air and once past the learning curve is quite functional
Limited usefulness
Unfortunately this app likes to ignore your scale’s data and make up most of the metric numbers using generic equations. If you’re a balanced, apple body type it likely will be fine, but pear shaped bodies will need to ignore over 80% of the metrics listed. There’s no way to plug in manual waist and hip measurements nor can you get it to look at the actual scale data or even just view the raw data yourself.

Broken App
Most absurd experience. Every time I try to refresh data the app closes. Every time I try to contact developer I get no reply. Data is stuck and historical reading is skewed from multiple scale users and way to clear their data without the app closing.
The app has been acting up
For the last several weeks, it has been showing my body type as “underweight” when it used to say “sarcopenic obesity,” which is correct. The reporting button here redirects to a 404 error page. There is no way to contact the developer.

Why is it whenever I weigh myself it never provides the detail page so I can see all of the icons? So frustrating!
Disfunctional
I keep trying, but the scale does not communicate with the app and update my weight. Going back to Withings. The app is not user friendly.

It confuses your personal profile settings for your child’s- messes the whole tracking system

Put new batteries in and the scale does not work
