Annoying popups that are badly designed
After measuring weight a random popup appears with more information about the accuracy blah blah.
It has a slider icon on the top which on the UX design point of view is supposed to allow sliding down the popup to dismiss it, doesn’t work. No X on the top corner either to dismiss it.
How to dismiss it? Click the top part of the app where no popup exists, I forget every time because that’s extremely counter intuitive and the slider icon doesn’t work. I bet the dev will say it’s for aesthetics haha.
Add that to the fact that it’s the same annoying popup I have to look at every morning, no way to tell it to go away forever.

Absolutely Useless!
It’s not possible to register. SIX attempts and I STILL CAN’T REGISTER! My email address and password are no problem, I receive the verification code, so all good, I enter it, and nothing happens. I CANNOT register no matter how many times I try, it doesn’t work!

I am not trying to leave a review I like the app and scale but it will not connect to blue tooth now and can not find support

I paired it once and it pulled the wrong model number. Try to pair it with the right number and now it won’t pair it all did all the things that I said it should do and nothing’s happening and I don’t know how to get help.
Can’t get to work
I can’t get it to work. I just wanted to know how much I weigh. This scale is very complicated. I do not like it. just opened it up. I ordered it in the winter. I wish I could send it back. I followed all the steps it’s connected to Bluetooth. Nothing shows up. Is there anyway I can send it back? I don’t like it.

I do love this app
I can not think of a thing to add to or make this app better. The scale and app are so easy to use. My partner and I both use it and sometimes the cat. It is easy to claim with weight is yours and it tracks so much more is displayed in easy to use and track your progress along the way. I love it.

Best smart scale
This scale has everything you need from accurately measuring your weight and breaking it down by BMI, Bone mass and so on. I’ve finally hit my weight loss goal with the assistance of this scale because i was able to see what I needed to work on. 10/10 recommend this app!

I’m literally amazed at how accurate and how thorough This scale works. I’m truly amazed and have recommended it to many people. It’s very helpful to analyze your body balance and muscles and water and all that I just really can’t even get over it and exceed to my expectations.

I am a fit, muscular 66-year-old man with an iPhone 13 and the scale says that I’m borderline obese and the app crashes when I tap on most of the features.

Can’t get on
This App may be good but you have to get a verification code first!!! Tried twice , code never sent after waiting double the time they specified. Then sent Can’t get code, was supposedly sent. Nothing!! It shouldn’t take a half an hour to get going!!!
worked on mac air
this is functioning on iPhone and Mac Air and once past the learning curve is quite functional
