Paid user but never works
Trying to watch sports, keep getting various errors. Tech support is utterly useless. Not sure what I’m paying for….
Always crashes mid show regardless of channel
This is a terrible app, it crashes mid show and when I relaunch it, it doesn’t show where my show has stopped at and I need to reload and scroll through the show to find where it had stopped at. Very unreliable
Sync issues
Disappointed. I am watching a HK serial and choose the Chinese audio option. However, the video play and the audio does not sync, causing a terrible viewing experience. I tried to close the app and restart and got an erroressage on too many streaming issues (which I have no idea why this happened!). Please fix these basic issues to make it worthwhile for paying subscribers like us.

Horrendous player
Worst player ever on any app, whenever i want to skip 10 seconds forward it REWINDS 10 seconds back and occasionally even the rewind does not WORK properly. If there was a zero star rating i would rate it as that.
Cannot login at all
I have is error all the way. Updated the app and also updated the phone IOS to the latest version. Delete the apps and install again keep prompting me too many devices login. Cannot even get to the app. I need to see how I can login to reset my data.

Channel 217 suppose to show live Cricket SA vs IND and it also displays as that, however, the match they are showing is Aus Vs Eng. They have 4 cricket channels and none is broadcasting anything (blank). Why are you charging customers Soo much for special channels which you are not paying? We have no other choice due to this monopoly and as a customer just need to swallow the pill. Wish there was less than one or negative star rating available to give to you guys.

Make an app that is actually decent
The developers are money grabbing fools, you are doing everything to make sure we do not use more than the stipulated number of devices and Geo-locking the app, how about pouring the money into developing a decent app? I subscribe to EPL and it takes forever to load the stream, and why can’t I watch it while I’m overseas? Ridiculous app, there should be more providers of EPL to give StarHub more competition!

Bad to worst
Very bad user experience. Keeps having error which prevent multiple-stream. Called StarHub so many times to try and resolve this matter. It’s been more than 3mths. Matter not resolved, still required to pay full price the whole time. Atrocious handling
Update for what
Lousy app, can't view picture in picture anymore, can't adjust volume on screen anymore, can't adjust brightness on screen, can't this can't that, everything can't, amateur media app. Only thing they are good at is sending you emails to pay your bill 1 month before it's due.
Poor af
Poorly designed app. Starhub clearly doesn’t care becuase they have the PL broadcast rights. It is 2025 and I cannot make my screen brighter without having to pause my stream or restart the app. The reviews speak for themselves — but there’s a monopoly here and Starhub knows it.
Poor UX Interface
My parents were using the old fibre TV box. It was more responsive and user friendly. Simply key in the channel and it’ll load. Now, they have to go to the home page where it’s filled with info they don’t need or channels they didn’t subscribe. Have to go to Guide section just to watch tv. Select or change any channel and it’ll lag or stuck loading. Just give old people a break, why is it so difficult just to watch TV?

Worst app update ever
Don’t know what is so good about this app update… I think I m gonna cancel this subscription cos I can’t even manage to view it on my LG TV and stuck with watching in my smaller screen mobile … feel SingTel was better … Updates suppose to have improvements from previous app… this is worst than the previous version… Time for a change…

Just delete this app
Subscribed for premier league on the website, didn’t ask for payment information but order got confirmed. Tried watching on StarHub TV+ web app, got asked to download the app on my phone. Downloaded this app, and the app asked me to contact customer service to subscribe to premier league. ????? Do you just like wasting people’s time?

Appalling StarHub quality as always across all devices
Fix it please you clowns. Regularly crashes, locks me out despite subscriptions valid. Keep having to delete apps on all devices. The most frustrating company to subscribe to EVER
StarHub TV+ app has limitations
Overall the experience is below average. StarHub seems to have very clumsy technology which leads to bad user experience. Unfortunately, since I use it primarily to watch football, EPL, Euro 2024 etc. I have no choice since they are the main broadcaster in SG (Singtel does a cross carriage with StarHub but it still has issue 2 below).
My main issues:-
1. StarHub TV+ cannot be downloaded and viewed on Apple TV unlike Singtel Cast/Me Watch etc
2. It cannot be viewed while overseas even with a VPN set to Singapore. This is incredibly frustrating especially when you want to catch the EPL while overseas. Contrast this with the Peacock App (NBC) where you can watch EPL matches anywhere in the world by using a US VPN - so licensing should not be the issue.
3. The user interface is badly laid out and designed.
4. The current coverage of Euro 2024 is patchy and sometimes intermittent.

It simply does not work
I bought a Euro 2024 package to stream with the app.
I get an error PLB - 300 message when I want to load any video.
I contacted customer service through WhatsApp which couldn’t anything and told me to call 1366. I had 1366 on the the line for 40 minutes which ended up telling me someone would call me in 3 days. That’s quite a few games missed for 108$.

Rubbish
This is the most temperamental app I’ve ever used. Constant error messages trying to watch a live game - just need to keep on trying and eventually the game comes on. If you then leave the app to read email/texts etc then the cycle repeats. Incredibly frustrating. Starhub happy to take our money for the Euros but deliver a pathetic viewing experience

UX is just not good
Please fix your user experience. It is impossible to use the app since you’ve revamped the design. It all over the place. I can’t even find channels I want. Clearly it’s affecting other users too. Please take this feedback and work on some improvements. And recently there’s some error that keep occurring which doesn’t load the channel.

Lousy app
It crashes at least once a week, if not more often. I have to repeatedly delete the app and re-download. Sometimes that doesn’t work so I have to call StarHub to fix the issue. Extremely frustrating. The reviews have been poor for years. StarHub should consider hiring a new IT team.

EPL channel 221 on a Samsung tablet is pixelated
The EPL channel 221 video is pixelated and grainy if you watch it on a Samsung tablet device. I’ve used different types of Samsung tablets and all have the same problem. The other channels work fine but of course ch221 is the main channel. Have raised concern to Starhub but keep telling to reinstall and finally to watch on website (so why do we need an app?)
