Won’t Let me add tickets to wallet
Liked the new interface but it won’t let me add my tickets to my apple wallet 👎🏼 plz update this
Preview sound doesn’t work when ringer is muted
Apparently the developers implemented the sound for the movie previews incorrectly. When the phone’s ringer has been muted, the preview doesn’t play any sound. This is unlike YouTube under Safari, and other video playing apps, which play sound regardless of whether the ringer is muted or not.
Also, don’t try interacting with the video settings while the preview is playing, this usually crashes the app.
I tried using the contact the developer functionality in the App Store, but of course this results in a page not found error on Starlight’s website. This is very easy to fix, and should be.

Glitches galore
The older version worked fine. This current one is awful and there is no one to report it to. When I tried to report it I got a notice saying "Page is not found"
QR code
Bring back the QR code! System worked perfectly with it. Now I don’t collect any points. Very frustrating.
Bring back old version
This brand new version is not nearly as good as the old one. No QR code to buy tickets or concessions. My phone number isn’t recognized so the cashier has to type in my email. Bring back the old one please.
Crashing and Account issues
This app keeps crashing everytime I use it more frequently and to top it off, Accounts can’t even login because it gives an error or says it’s invalid. You can’t even send a “forgot password” link since that gets an error too. Very disappointing.
New updated redesign is bad
The new gray design of the app’s UI is boring and lacking in excitement. The prior purple design was better and stands out more. Functionally, the new update removed the QR code scanner and has problems logging in and staying logged in after closing the app. Overall, there was no need for a redesign of the app and provided a setback for the moviegoers.

Not that helpful
The app doesn’t stay logged in. So every other search needs to be logged in over and over. Just to check seats or availability.
Also, add a reward card to the app. I’d love to just have that at the theater for the reward program.

No qr for reward
App is a step down from the previous app with no easy qr for rewards
Update to a Downgrade
The app recently went through an update that removes a major feature. The UI is completely new and NO onger can you access the QR code that the theater ushers would scan for rewards. I don’t want to give out my phone number every time to some random person (usher). I also don’t want to repeat my email for every transaction. QR CODE MISSING is the biggest flaw in the app. It’s not even convenient to use other than to buy tickets online. PLEASE BRING BACK THE QR CODE FOR REWARDS PROGRAM. Thank you.

Useless
This new update that includes all the starlight cinemas is useless. There is no QR code to scan at the cinema. Keeps logging out my info as well. Loved the older version.
Go back to the old Interface
This new update has to many steps to see what seats are available go back to the old update which is simple and fast to buy tickets and see the times :(
Beautiful theater
My family and I absolutely love Starlight Cinemas. We go almost on a weekly basis. Friendly staff, yummy concessions, great prices on Tuesday. We wish they would bring back 9 AM movies, I would like to get in the movie out early and still enjoy my day! Overall awesome theater!
Super laggy and dosent let you pay for tickets
I’ve been trying for about 30 minutes now and it keeps lagging and not loading and when you try to pay it dosent even work and won’t even take your information the theatres from starlight are very good though

Dos Lagos Cinema
This app is only good when it works which is about half the time. I’m an avid movie-goer & I’m always checking the theatre apps. This one used to be my favorite. It used to be great until just recently.
App lagging/quitting
It has been getting increasingly more frustrating to use this app as of late as it takes many pages (especially the showtimes pages) minutes to load, while most of the screens time out after a while/quit altogether. I love going to Whittier Village as often as possible but my visits are becoming less frequent because of the inability to book tickets through this app.

Used to work fine
First time I installed, had no problems. Then an upgrade caused all kinds of problems so I reinstalled it. Now it just crashes when I try to open the app. Junk.
