Annoying change of language problem

On several occasions, this app spontaneously changes the language it uses. It looks like Lao or Thai or some non-English language. Which is fine if I spoke to those languages, but I don’t. The app is supposed to be in English and it just spontaneously changes. It requires having to delete the app and start back over again, which is always just annoying.
The use of Starlink as an Internet provider, however, has been very, very helpful for me as I travel and am often in remote locations or staying at a place that has really bad Wi-Fi. As long as there are no clouds, trees, cliffs or buildings to block the northern sky then Starlink works pretty well.

Data caps

Unlimited is a lie.

Worst internet ever

Genuinely thought this would be a better alternative from Sparklight and I was sorely mistaken. The wifi doesn’t even work on my phone. I have to constantly switch to my data. My tvs buffer and skip through my shows/movies. And running speed tests is a joke. Sparklight was FAR better. All of my devices worked along with my tv with ZERO issues. I could have 15 devices on my internet and they all worked at TOP speed, whereas on Sparklight I’m getting MAYBE 50mbps. Such a joke. Do better Elon, your internet SUCKS! I’ll be switching back to Sparklight fully. The 4 months that I’ve experimented with both has been a disaster every time we’ve tried to function on JUST Starlink. Couldn’t even work from home on this internet. There were far too many inconsistencies and crashes, whereas Sparklight picked up the slack from this company. Absolute garbage. Talk about internet explorer service.

Amazing customer support

I had an issue with my Starlink not connecting and I put in a support request they got back same day and ended up sending me a full replacement kit and a month free
I recommend Starlink to anyone who wants it

The Starlink website and article states that users can use a VPN and why does it say disable vpn

I don’t know what sort of utter nonsense this is but the official website states that users are allowed to use VPNs on their Starlink I am utterly fed up with paying for subscription just to get told by other companies to turn off my paid for subscription and then putting everyone’s safety at risk between tech companies and social media platforms and governments who are all using advanced security measures to protect themselves and everyone is getting scammed out of their paid for subscription meanwhile they are all making billions off dollars after we have all paid for our subscriptions

What sort of utter scam is going on with your internet services and the fact that your website states that users are allowed to use VPNs and because of your maybe fake support kept telling me to turn off my vpn you have put my safety and caused me nothing but massive problems with everything and scams with my networks and warnings messages after contacting to your Starlink I was getting better speeds using my mobile network then your Starlink supposed high speed internet connections and I don’t even feel safe at all using this anymore

I am utterly fed up with paying for subscriptions and getting told to turn them off and tech companies and internet providers just taking our money and getting told we can’t use them any wonder they’ve all become billionaires and trillionaires

The Starlink website and article states that users can use a VPN and why does it say disable vpn I and millions of other people aren’t paying for vpn subscription so tech companies can just make massive amounts of money for subscription just for everyone to turn off their security measures and their VPNs we are all just getting taken for a ride and in the meantime big business and politicians and other officials can use VPN and advanced security measures to protect themselves and they aren’t getting told to fully disable their security measures and their VPNs I’ve been trying to backup my phone using your services and it wouldn’t even work and my mobile data only took about 15 minutes and supposedly have a super high speed internet service and it doesn’t even work
