Great service

Some minor issues with the initial set up! After that everything was smooth and fast!

Would not recommended

For people in wooded rural areas I would not recommend getting this product , It doesn’t work good

Great internet for Rural areas

We’ve had Starlink at our rural home for 2.5-3 years now with no issues at all, works GREAT, 1000x better than viasat that was our only option before.

Bloqueio de aparelho

nao esta funcionando direito fraco a seguranca de bloqueio de aparelho

Star link

Not happy I paid a lot of money and they shipped Purlator and then guys did not drive on weekends. Second trip still no Starlink. I don’t recommend this product or ap.

Not as great as I hoped for!

It’s great internet except that it constantly demands an upgrade. We are only at our camper on weekends and I have already had to upgrade in less than a year. It’s a money maker but when we are here, it works as long as I keep upgrading.

Horrible customer service

When I plugged my new starlink home internet, came registered to someone else’s address and name, now that I try to reset it to my name and location I can’t and customer service is useless.

App is useless

I’ve tried every setting I can! Scanning the sky for preview, start install or obstructions. WILL NOT WORK. No dots appear anywhere. Circle is either empty or shows an upwards arrow. I’ve tried everything haven’t even setup my Starlink & im already very disappointed

App simply doesn't work.

The app won't work to check locations. No "dots in the sky". Just a dark image from the camera with nothing.

This is horrible

They will not let you change your plan or pick what plan you want and they have been upping my bill

Works good

my new mini is a game changer. Thank you!!!

Excelente

Top demais!!!

Just ordered the Mini for my tacoma

I hear good things. Just ordered my starlink mini with roam for my tacoma. I’m stoked to be able to work truly remote and live life with connectivity the way I always hoped. So grateful to live in a time with these possibilities , inventions, engineering marvels! Thank you

Unreliable

I have had nothing but issues with this damn service. The majority of the time the internet drops and I have to keep rebooting it. Not worth the money and lack of customer service.

Good App; Amazing Service

Starlink is perfect for those of us who live in the middle of nowhere and otherwise would have no way to communicate with the rest of the world! The app is very helpful: download it before you order your Starlink, so you can see whether/where you have enough open sky to even use Starlink; once you have a subscription, you set up your Starlink with the app, and then you can see the ping rate, latency, power draw, how many devices are connected, whether your Starlink is aligned; you can run a speed test, change the snow melt mode, align your Starlink, or set a sleep schedule to save power when you won’t be using it.

Also, after reading another review here, I would recommend if you’re using your phone and you’re supposed to be connected to your WiFi via Starlink, and you have a service interruption, the app says “Starlink unreachable,”and if rebooting your router doesn’t fix the issue, that you reboot your phone as well, and possibly check to see if other devices (such as a laptop) are still connected. Perhaps because I didn’t have enough signal to ask, I was spared having the AI bot tell me I needed a new router, when that wasn’t the issue at all… I would also always recommend taking everything said by any AI bot, even the one in the Starlink app, with a grain of salt.

Overall, I’d say the Starlink service is amazing, and the app is extremely helpful.

My Order

More than 3 months I don’t receive my order, I wound my order is coming from space?

Broken

The app will not let me sign in to change settings. The log in page is just white.
Such a basic feature of so many apps and they can’t get their sign in page to even show up let alone let you sign in…
Can’t say I will be staying with them very long without a way to manage my starlink…

Worthless if not signed in to starlink router

The app is pretty worthless if you’re not signed into the starlink system. I can’t easily change my plan can’t see which of my 2 dishes have which plan so without signing into the dish i can’t change the plan. It’s very hindered in what it can do

Absolute extortion. Shocking lack of ethics.

I have been a loyal, long-term Starlink customer for over two years with a flawless payment history. I recently moved addresses within the exact same region and city, only to discover Starlink enforces a disgraceful, hidden $590 "demand surcharge" just to transfer my existing service to my new location.
They disguise this as a "service line evaluation" fee, but it’s nothing more than an anti-consumer cash grab designed to penalize customers for moving houses. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely tone-deaf—relying on rigid, copy-pasted corporate scripts rather than showing a shred of loyalty to the people who kept them in business.
Fortunately, my new property has active NBN Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP), meaning Starlink is completely redundant. I was willing to keep my account active out of brand loyalty and an interest in trying new hardware like the Starlink Mini, but I refuse to succumb to blatant financial extortion.
If you are thinking about signing up for Starlink, be warned: they do not care about customer retention, they do not value loyalty, and they will slap you with predatory $590 fees the second you change addresses. Account cancelled. Take your business elsewhere.
