AI bot that struggles to understand anything above basic questions and lacks tools to actually do anything for you. Once you as for a person to talk to they tell you they will call you back but will takes days to actually call and then they still manage to double charge

Fake speeds
I’ve been forced on my area to pay for Starlink. I get the same download speed at the highest tier, as the middle tiers. However they drop your connection way more if you don’t pay for the top tier. It’s a scam as I never get even close to 400MBPS they advertise.
Four years and still going strong
I have owned this Gen 2 Starlink for over four years and only a few minor glitches along the way. Reliability and speed is excellent. The only complaint is that it’s not a true mesh system. I bought two extra routers thinking that they would link in series but they both connect to the main router. I have the 200 Mbs service and although the speed seldom goes that high it’s plenty for reliable streaming and large downloads.

Very disappointed
To be totally honest when the service works it's the best. Key word "WHEN"! Service interrupts at least 3 to 5 times per hour and always at the worst time. Absolutely regret the purchase.

So much better than expected
I’m very into tech stuff and before this have tried other satellite based services out of curiosity. StarLink is so much better than I was expecting! The app is easy to use, updated often, and give you real time statistics so you can monitor your equipment in real time. I use my mini to cover me while traveling through mountains in my area and for all my data usage when I’m not at home. It’s so much faster than expected even when using the built in router, and with the mini mesh router things get even faster. The claim of being “low latency” is also something I was skeptical of but can say is definitely true. My home internet is symmetrical 2 gig and has a basically non existent latency sometimes into single digits. With the mini I’m seeing average latency times around 20ms which paired with 250mbps or more down and 20-30mbps up. To have that kind of service available anywhere and even while moving says it all, this is the next step in satellite based service.

8 Attempts to pay my bill!
The titles tells everything. The website will not accept the deletion of a phone number that does not accept text messages! Hence I am unable to change a credit card and pay my bill! I’ve tried changing the number but nothing!

I’ve had Starlink now for 2 1/2 months. I switched over from T-Mobile before that I had Viastat. I am more satisfied with Starlink than I have with any other Provider out there. I’ve already set up one of my relatives and working on a couple more. Thank you Sterling.

App UI Feedback
The app does this thing where when you scroll all the way at the bottom or top of the page and keep pulling it squeezes (idk how else to describe it). Well that feature makes it very difficult to set the time I want to set on the sleep schedule because the sleep schedule is on a wheel and the whole page moves if Im not exactly on the sleep schedule wheel.
Disabling the bounce/page squeeze feature on the sleep schedule would make it easier to set the time. Or make the region around and on the circle incapable of moving the whole page
Additionally I think it would be awesome to be able to set different sleep schedules for different days.
For instance my M-F is going to be the same mostly but if I stay up late on friday and then my starlink falls off because I forgot i set the sleep time earlier its super annoying to have to turn off the sleep schedule again and wait for it to come back online.

Great service
Some minor issues with the initial set up! After that everything was smooth and fast!

For people in wooded rural areas I would not recommend getting this product , It doesn’t work good
Great internet for Rural areas
We’ve had Starlink at our rural home for 2.5-3 years now with no issues at all, works GREAT, 1000x better than viasat that was our only option before.

Not happy I paid a lot of money and they shipped Purlator and then guys did not drive on weekends. Second trip still no Starlink. I don’t recommend this product or ap.
Not as great as I hoped for!
It’s great internet except that it constantly demands an upgrade. We are only at our camper on weekends and I have already had to upgrade in less than a year. It’s a money maker but when we are here, it works as long as I keep upgrading.
Horrible customer service
When I plugged my new starlink home internet, came registered to someone else’s address and name, now that I try to reset it to my name and location I can’t and customer service is useless.
