App not working
It is hard to talk to the advisors because some change it where you can’t contact them for a text reading. You only get 3 free minutes every once in a while to talk to them and they can take awhile to respond. Some don’t really answer your questions during the live chat. I had some where I sent a question and they never responded.
I can’t log into the app anymore since yesterday. It keeps telling me “account anomaly” I can’t contact support either. I just checked and it takes me to another web page.

I got logged out for no reason and now I can’t log back in and I did not do anything wrong
