Update not working
Please update the app....it’s great when it works but not worked since the update
App never works
I either get stuck in a cookie loop or stuck on the launch image. What’s the deal?
Really poor as hardly works as an app
Started off fine but no hardly works...it takes ages to load (if at all) Then takes ages to do anything. Needs to improve.

After the update the app stopped working
Hello,
I just updated the app to the latest version and it does not seem to work anymore. After I open it I get to the screen where I need to press accept for cookies and then the screen disappears and shows again. No matter how many times I press accept it won’t go away.
Is there any way I can fix this? I use this app regularly for my job.

Right now the app opens up to a screen that asks me to accept cookies, which I do; however, it loops me right back to the same screen...

I was forced to download this app
I hate how I am being forced to use this mobile app. When I try to access the website on my laptop, I get this message: "We want to encourage the use of the mobile app to make it available where you are. So the web version of StarMeUp is no longer available". This is extremely frustrating and a terrible user experience forcing them to download the app (not encouraging).
