Will not work and IT can’t even figure out the issue

The app will not work on my phone or tablet and has become so complicated IT can’t figure out a solution. Currently locked out of all work apps.

Unable to install profile

After multiple attempts to install profile it says payload mismatch. Even after removing the profile and installing it again the same error appears and I reach nowhere.
