“We could not refresh your session. Please try again.”

For the past two weeks, the app enters a doom loop with the above message popping up in a modal, and i have to forcibly quit the app to break out of it. I can’t see pay stub or certain benefits sections of the app. Please fix ASAP.

Unreliable

App has been down for days without repair, yet is the sole way to access insurance cards for all of my employers’ plans. Sequoia has a “contact us” button in the App Store. That button leads to a generic Sequoia website pitching the app with app download links. Truly terrible
