App filled with bad UX
For a company that forces you to use its app (its mobile website forces you to download the app), it somehow has even worst UX. For example, why can I not copy an address or phone number?
Unable to change flights
Booked Delta flight thru Navan. Need to chnage flights and the app is returning no results. Not sure why this is any better than managing my own reservations thru the airline’s app.
Watch transatlantic expenses
If you claim a US expense on a UK personal card watch for the exchange rate of Navan it’s almost the same as the tourist rate v your credit card rate. You can quickly find yourself several hundred pounds worse off without knowing.. best option is waste your opportunity cost and not only upload your receipt, but also your bank statement and claim what you actually got charged rather than default to their exchange on a foreign charge - takes a ton of time to do but saves you a lot of money if you travel a lot

Best tool I’ve ever used for business or personal travel.
Hands down it’s the best tool I’ve ever used for business or personal travel. I NEVER would have used the Concur tool for personal travel, but I book my personal trips on Navan. I even got it for my husband’s small business and book his travel on it as well. I would give it 6 stars. Especially compared to Clunkur. Double especially to Egencia.

AI agent not helpful
The support feature is an AI agent and cannot help with any task id actually need support with. In travel often and if i need to contact an agent it’s for something more complicated than a rebook. In the future I hope to be able to talk to an agent more directly.
Along with that when I do get to an agent they do not have any benefits working with the hotel or airline than me as a regular person, and you have to be on the app with them so it effectively does not save me any time. I’m not sure who this app benefits but I’ve had a bad experience using it over two companies.
