Awful! If I could give this app negative five stars I would. They make concur look great. The fact that we can’t submit “one expense report” and list all expenses is so ANNOYING! You literally need to submit one expense at a time! It doesn’t give you a lump sum amount at the bottom either ! I have to create a personal spreadsheet and list all the expenses/transactions so that I can track all expenses. I respect and value my company’s decision to move to this company but this APP is not user friendly for the person that travels a lot. :(

Desktop Application Needed
I dislike very much that I have to do all this travel planning on my phone. I book as many as 5 trips a month and I have to do everything through my phone. The phone app is fine, but I like my desktop and iPad a little more when I have to do so many inputs.

It would helpful if in the filter it had to option of a filter for truck and trailer parking at hotels, or at least a contact number for the hotels to call and verify there is space to park a truck and trailer at the facility

This app and the platform are truly underwhelming. My company recently switched from Concur to Navan and it is disappointing to say the least.

Unable to sign up
I was hesitant to get this to begin with and then decided to try it - tried to sign up - kept saying (insert imputed email address here) “is not allowed to register”.
So I guess I won’t be using this app after all… so be it! Good luck to anyone else that attempts to create an account. It’s rather disappointing to say the least.

Late payments - holds reimbursements for up to a week
Scheduled reimbursements showed in the app as Saturday, when submitted on Tuesday. Didn’t happen until Monday evening and overdrew my account because I trusted Navan and didn't transfer money from another account. Fraught with potential for overdraft fees. In this digital era it does not take days to send a deposit.
