Even though the astrologers provide good insights, customer support is just terrible, its been 4 days since i bought a Paid query and I got no answer for it, this is not how you value your customers

What I know is that after getting installed a message is poped up by the system that your reading will take 8 hours but after that I couldn’t get my message/ reading regards my question. And after that I raised a query to customer service and still I got no response.😵💫
