Didn’t receive my sst from completing missions.
I completed missions for sst, but never received them. I even contacted StarPlay support, but they said I did receive sst, even though I didn’t. So, I don’t what kind of error this is, a StarPlay IPhone app error or some other technical problem. Please fix. Thanks.

I can’t watch ads on different accounts. I have to uninstall the app to be able to watch on other accounts although I was able to watch, it’s only for one account!

It logged me out & I was trying to log in even resetting my password but still won’t work , I’m very disappointed to lose all my earned credits that I worked hard for.
CHEATING! No point in voting!
There is no integrity in the polls because an exploit to collect votes is allowed. When some people vote honestly but others cheat, and StarPlay doesn’t do anything to address this or make things right, there’s no point in wasting your time on this app. StarPlay only cares about the money, and thinks people will buy more votes to “catch up” to the ones boosted by cheating. The rewards for the idols are lame too. Fanbases can easily afford a single ad, instead of wasting time voting in these corrupt polls.

Poor security
This app has the worse security, me and countless others watched as this app got hacked over and over. We informed the company about what was happening and they did nothing to fix the problem. Stop allowing hackers and cheating on your app. Fix your security.

the app got hacked and ruined voting for people. also hacker had access to details about users personal info including payment methods
Voting glitch
I only downloaded the app to vote for Changbin (from stray kids) for August birthday vote 2021 and he was at 1st place with 45 million votes and suddenly it went down to 1 million votes. It’s not fair if Changbin doesn’t win because of this glitch. You guys need to fix it now because it’s not fair AT ALL!

IMPROVE YOUR SECURITY
there are people hacking into YOUR app and manipulating the votes !! Earlier today, our fandom was in the lead with a pretty big gap and now somehow, someone is hacking and causing our rank to continuously drop and go back to first! Because of this, we do not know if our votes are actually REAL! FIX. YOUR. SECURITY. and while you’re at it, fix your whole app !

It’s not really clear what a simple sign-up path is. If it’s to sign in with Google, Facebook, or KakaoTalk, then you should just state that’s what it is. I can’t log back into my account because it was originally linked to my Facebook and apparently the Facebook login feature is currently unavailable for the app. If I try the find a password option, it just tells me it can’t find it cause it’s a simple ID and to log in using the simple sign-up path... which I can’t do cause the Facebook login feature isn’t available IF that’s what the simple sign-up path is.

Server Connection Error all the time
I’m sorry to say this but you need to hire new developers for this app. I’ve used many voting apps and this is probably the worst in term of user experience. It’s not only slow but also has limited functionality. Not to mention the “Server problem” and the crashes....I don’t want to give 1* but unless you fix this, users just can’t give a higher rating than that.

Like others, rewards for ads not working
Getting stars for watching ads now works maybe 1-2 out of 5 attempts. This has been happening for months and despite not airing The Show some weeks, this still hasn’t been fixed. This is the same company that switched to this app (their own) from a different one a year or so ago with no warning and said everyone’s saved points would be migrated to the new platform and they never were.

Can’t do Anything
The voting system is down, so there is almost no point to it now. All I see is IZ*ONE. What does this mean? Propaganda to only vote & listen to them for the future? It is frustrating and with no explanation why. Hope they can fix it or at least explain what is up.

I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
You can get silver stars from watching ads again, and it’s been like this since December.
I just wish when I open the app it’ll stay on English instead of having to manually switch every time I need to navigate around. I also would like to see more instructions how to receive more silver star tokens.

I can’t even log in
I signed up for this app recently & never got the verification email. Every time I sign in it asks me to resend the verification & when I do I get a 505 Server error. I tried to create another account with a different email, same thing. This happens with the app & website. It’s very frustrating.
Wouldn’t let me log in after making an acc.
So I downloaded starplay to vote for ENHYPEN, but I spent an hour trying to log in to an acc I recently made. I tried logging in with Facebook, google and an acc w just an ID and password. Whenever I tried logging in, it gave me the option to resend an email verification email and I was so confused.. I kept checking my mail and saw nothing, so I clicked to resend another email verification. Right after I click to resend an email again, the numbers and words 500 | Error pop up on my screen. I can’t seem to log in to the acc I made, and don’t know how to. I’m currently very frustrated, I just wanted to vote for ENHYPEN!!

what's the point of this app ??
i can't gain SSTs no matter what i do. i can't write posts, i can barely watch ads - and even when i can watch ads i never get the reward. how can you run an app like this when this is a problem for so many people ? please fix the app.

frustrating
i’ve been using this app for a while now, and i’ve yet to see any improvements made. i want to love this app just like any other music show voting app, but the app overall is just frustrating. voting should not be this difficult, especially when you’re supposed to receive coins after watching ads. i never receive my ten silver stars after watching any ad, and you’re supposed to be able to get fifty silver stars every hour after watching five video ads. i cant even vote for any groups because starplay doesn’t give me my silver stars, and this is really upsetting. a minor issue would be that every time i change the app’s language to english, it always switches back to korean once i leave the app. this isn’t a major issue, but it would be great to have that resolved. but the main priority should be to give people their silver stars after they’ve sat through an entire ad. thank you for your time and consideration!
