hi! im sylvie, a 12 year old girl, who’s now in year 8.
my experience with this app is so unpleasant.
i was really badly bullied in year 6, and everyone used stars as they weren’t allowed anything else. i got really badly bullied by my bullies here, to the point it made me suicidal. i reported the messages, yet no one did anything. it’s now been 2 years, and thankfully im still alive. i thought i wouldn’t make it to 13, but im turning 13 in a couple months. get better staff and actually do something about reports!!

So the Wi-Fi is not the best cause when I’m trying to call my friend like we’re playing Roblox and then I can’t hear her anymore it’s really annoying and sometimes when people are sending me a picture the picture doesn’t come up and I know they sending me a picture because I’m on call with them. The only time I know it’s glitchy when I go out of the app to call my friend I also think if you like get out of the group chat like the group chat should be out of your page so it should not be in your messaging thingy anymore so yeah that’s what I think and when I’m going to get like my rainbow colouring font thingies see deleted messages and if any of the writing is bad I am using voice thing because this is a very long message and I’m kind of like young because this is for kids so you know but overall pretty good I use it often so thank you for listening. Hey stars I forgot my username but I know my password there should be a feature were you can enter the account without a username because I forgot mine.
