About

Race together — even when you're on different boats. Start Sequence is the simplest way for a fleet to share a synchronised race countdown across phones. One sailor hosts, the rest join with a 3-word session ID, and every device sees the same timer ticking down to zero. Beep, count up, race. The host stays in control: pause and resume the sequence, reset to a fresh 5/10/15-minute countdown, or hand back to solo mode any time. Late joiners are welcome — they pick up the live countdown the moment they enter the session. Group racing Host a session in two taps with quick presets (5, 10, 15, 20 minutes) or a specific time Share the session ID via any messaging app Live roster of joined boats Host can pause, resume, or restart the countdown for the whole fleet Server-time syncing keeps all devices aligned to within a frame Solo mode Classic 1–5 minute preset buttons Audible beep at zero, automatic count-up Tap to pause and resume after the start Big, glanceable display Built for sailors, by a sailor. No accounts, no ads, no clutter — just a reliable start sequence that works whether you're racing alone, with friends, or running a club start line from your phone.
