SailWatcher calculates the following parameters: camber, draft, twist angle, entry angle, exit angle. It also saves the boat's speed at the moment the photo is taken. - Does it work on every sail? SailWatcher calculates the parameters of all sails with highlighted shape lines. If your sails have visible shape lines, you can use SailWatcher. - Is an internet connection required? SailWatcher is designed to be used on the open sea; it does not require an internet connection, except for some secondary functions (e.g. sharing). - Can I share the obtained data? Yes, via a unique URL. The web page will contain the photo, the shape lines with their parameters, additional data (wind speed, ...) and additional notes entered by the user. - Why can't I retrieve the data? SailWatcher performs a series of calculations to identify shape lines. If you can't retrieve the data for your sail, let us know by email. We will analyze the case and improve the algorithm so that it also identifies your sail.
Start Sequence

Race together — even when you're on different boats. Start Sequence is the simplest way for a fleet to share a synchronised race countdown across phones. One sailor hosts, the rest join with a 3-word session ID, and every device sees the same timer ticking down to zero. Beep, count up, race. The host stays in control: pause and resume the sequence, reset to a fresh 5/10/15-minute countdown, or hand back to solo mode any time. Late joiners are welcome — they pick up the live countdown the moment they enter the session. Group racing Host a session in two taps with quick presets (5, 10, 15, 20 minutes) or a specific time Share the session ID via any messaging app Live roster of joined boats Host can pause, resume, or restart the countdown for the whole fleet Server-time syncing keeps all devices aligned to within a frame Solo mode Classic 1–5 minute preset buttons Audible beep at zero, automatic count-up Tap to pause and resume after the start Big, glanceable display Built for sailors, by a sailor. No accounts, no ads, no clutter — just a reliable start sequence that works whether you're racing alone, with friends, or running a club start line from your phone.
