If you miss, I’m so sad and mad cause I paid money

I paid my money but when I go to watch a series or TV show or a movie, there is nothing on the screen it just it just white nothing is there when I go to search there is no movies coming up. It’s just like they’re just give me something to watch on live I need answers I didn’t pay my money for this. I need answers please. This is my first time and I’ve had a bad experience like this. Oh my God.

No responsible person will use this app. Before you download and subscribe you should take my advice. I experienced the worst from any streaming platform. Nothing is organized. It only shows stupid football matches and some are in Chinese commentary.
