No responsible person will use this app. Before you download and subscribe you should take my advice. I experienced the worst from any streaming platform. Nothing is organized. It only shows stupid football matches and some are in Chinese commentary.

It’s been over 3 months plus that I keep activating your Max VIP or Drama VIP so that I can watch my Novela E plus series but as soon as I activate, drama vip option and all the Novela E plus series disappear. I keep activating weekly bundles of 7 whole days and all my activation in the past 3 months have honestly gone to waste.
The app chooses when to show drama vip series and if at all they do it’s like a day or half a day in a whole week! Personally I find this very annoying and frustrating. Why then do you make the subscription available when the channels you subscribed to watch would disappear in less than no time?????

It seems this app forbid good network.you really need to work on your network issues it piss.you have good program but to open the app is always trouble

The app is just not good at all
I download it because I really wanted to watch. Hey Siri and it says that it has it and when I typed it in it wasn’t there but it’s on the website so I tried to travel from the website to the app it worked for only two episode the rest, it kept asking me to subscribe when I try to subscribe, nothing is happening. Literally the screen just don’t block nothing is happening. I tried to contact customer service. It says the email doesn’t exist. This thing is bad don’t waste your time.

I downloaded your app and payed vip but sound problems on a particular channel I enjoy watching. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled done everything but it’s the same.
