Don’t download this app if u don't want to waste of ur time . Order food 2 days and still processing, asking customers service and feel like chat with urself, never answer or reply customer, they just open app for fun, don’t expect anything.

垃圾平台，10分钟的路程送了两个小时，面都成一坨了，最后还给送错地址，这种情况换国内要赔钱的，在这里结果就是投诉无门。

poor CUstomer service and very slow delivery
I come to left my review before I delete this food delivery app! Every time I tried to give this App a chance, it always turn me back a disappointed service! The food delivery is as slow as snail! I wait for 2hours 15 mins to get a 5mile food delivery! Deleted it!
No response from customer service after multiple try.
Discount doesn’t apply as promoted. No response from customer service. Restaurant option from this platform is good.
Not fully translated into other languages
The app does work, however... If Chinese is not your first language, you might find the listings and menus posted by merchants a bit difficult to decipher.
Now, this is probably not the fault of the Starve Bird, Inc... Rather, the fault is likely with the Merchants not bothering to post English-language translations of their menus.
I also get that this app is likely marketed towards Chinese/Taiwanese/“Huaren” expatriates living in the United States, especially since most marketing materials I found in Asian restaurants are fully written in Chinese.
So, perhaps this might not be the right service for me to be using, but at least the app does function, except for a few glitches here and there.

4 HOURS Before Food Got Delivered - COLD FOOD
App works great, but...this company has a delivery driver issue. They probably use ONE driver for 10 deliveries, and if you’re the furthest destination away, good luck; all other orders between the restaurant and your house gets filled first. It’s been TWICE that this has happened to me.

Worst delivery service ever
Takes about 1.5hr + to get a delivery done. Might as well just get it yourself. Customer service is none existent.

我觉得这种中国外卖平台送餐一个半小时两个小时内做到很正常吧，饿鸟有时候可以一个小时送到，拜托又不是Uber eat只能点你家附近的餐馆，跨区送餐没收很高的delivery fee 已经很不错了，远在他乡在家里能吃到餐还奢求什么啊！
customer service is not helpful at all
When delivery is really slow and far from the restaurant, the customer service could do nothing but telling me that it’s traffic jam... I’ve never seen a traffic jam that stops someone completely for half an hour here. Meanwhile the restaurant has finished preparing the dishes 30 mins back.

Deliveryman dropped my order for no reason
I ordered from the restaurant I used to get food and the delivery time usually less than an hour. But this time after an hour waiting, the assigned deliveryman cancelled and no explanation provided. It took another hour for the second deliveryman to pick up my order and deliver to my place. Just be careful with the delivery because you’ll be waiting for an extra hour for no reason.

Easy to use.
I’ve just downloaded this not to long ago. It has helped cause we just bought a new house and busy on working out normal jobs plus working at our house getting everything together. The drivers have been super awesome and kind so far.

The app itself is very user-friendly, clear, and straightforward. The design is pretty and plus the pictures of food makes me hungry! They seem to maintain high-quality pick of the food that they deliver. I absolutely enjoy having Starvebird as my lunch box when I don't feel like to bring one. Cool app, cool business.
