Unable to login

I have been unable to log in since the app redesign. Reset password email never gets sent. I try to login with my known password it says I dont have an account. When I go to create a new account it says my account already exist with my email and phone number.

This app is horribly designed

It’s buggy, signs me out randomly, the UI is super inconvenient and hard to use. Reward system is super buggy. Very clear this app needs an overhaul or update.
