App does not work!

I love Feng Cha! But the app is the least user-friendly app I have ever tried. It won’t let me add my order to my cart, and now I have money loaded on it that I can’t use. 😤

Unable to login

I have been unable to log in since the app redesign. Reset password email never gets sent. I try to login with my known password it says I dont have an account. When I go to create a new account it says my account already exist with my email and phone number.
